I seem to have lost access to my original Minecraft account. I received the game as a gift in [redacted] with the username Fallout5000. Back then, there were no Microsoft accounts, and I vaguely recall being prompted to migrate, but now my account seems to be missing. The "migrated" account on Microsoft does not have Minecraft, so I had to buy it again. However, during this process, I was asked to create a new account name, and I am concerned about what happened to my original Fallout5000 account. None of my other email addresses are linked to a Mojang or Microsoft account, leaving me worried that my account may have been deleted. I really hope to regain access to my original account.

Hello, my name is Ronald L Hayes. I am having trouble signing into my Minecraft account as it keeps saying "invalid email or password." The email address I used to create the account, [redacted], is no longer active. Although I have my password saved on my computer and in a text on my phone, I haven't changed it without access to the old email. The only way I can communicate with you is through the email you've responded to. I'm unable to access my account and fear it may have been hacked. If you can update my email to [redacted], please guide me on how to reset my password. I've spent at least four years building and exploring in the game with my character RLHayes56, named after my age. I hope to resolve this issue without losing all my progress. Thank you for your assistance. Ronald L Hayes

I am requesting assistance in recovering my hacked Minecraft account once more. Despite months of waiting, there has been no response from Mojang. The account UUID is 27cc0bf4-10b9-4d06-a55b-df905edce7a7. It was initially named PlayerHD_YT but is now called InventiceStance. I am unable to log in or reset the password after the hack. This account has been active for 7 years, and I am eager to regain access.

I purchased a Minecraft money card on Amazon for my grandson. After not receiving the physical card, I contacted Amazon and was informed that it is redeemable online. Upon redeeming it and seeing it was ready for use, I explained that my grandson needed to use it. I was directed to a specialist who emailed instructions for my grandson to use the card. Unfortunately, when my grandson tried to redeem it, it showed as already being redeemed. How can I resolve this problem?

Hello Minecraft community, I have been experiencing issues with the new update feature in version 1.18. When prompted to update my world, clicking the update button leads to a game crash each time. Despite trying on various devices, the problem persists. I suspect the size of my world, created over 2 years, might be causing the trouble. Other worlds on the same computer update without issues. I hope to find a solution to update my world without losing my progress. Thank you for any assistance offered.

Hello, I am an old Minecraft fan from the early days of release, but I cannot remember my login details to convert my account to a Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email my account was created with, which was my first email address from the early 2000s. I am seeking assistance to recover my old account, but my childhood memories are a bit fuzzy. The information I recall includes the email [redacted], usernames Loonzar, Loonzar2 & Bumbisaft, and the skins I used (link provided). I am unsure if Mojang used secret questions back then, but I believe I could answer them if given a chance, as I tend to use the same ones even today. I know it's not much to go on, but I would love to revisit the game as an adult. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I need assistance with a recent online purchase I made for Minecraft for my grandson. After receiving an email from Mohang confirming my redemption of a prepaid card and providing a 25-digit code, I believe I downloaded the game correctly. However, I can't find the Minecraft icon on my desktop. I have a Minecraft launcher application on my desktop, unsure if it's linked to a Microsoft or Mojang account. The publisher is listed as Microsoft, so I assume it's a Microsoft account. When I try to launch Minecraft, it redirects me to a screen prompting me to purchase the game, even though I've already bought it. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue so my grandson can enjoy playing Minecraft. Thank you. - Clive

In [redacted], I received a redeem code as a gift. I utilized the code and played briefly. However, I believe I used a different email at that time since the reset password feature doesn't work with my current email, and I no longer have access to the previous email. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the username I used a decade ago. Even though I have the original code, I'm unable to redeem it on my new account associated with Microsoft. Is there a way to reactivate the old account or utilize the old game code? Thank you.

Hello, When attempting to launch the Minecraft launcher for the first time, I receive an error message stating, "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Please ensure you are logged into the Microsoft Store and try again. Here is the error code in case you need it: 0x803F8001." I have checked for Windows updates and restarted the computer, but the issue persists, and the message keeps appearing. What should I do?

My Mojang account email got deleted due to inactivity, so now I can't verify anything on my account. It's frustrating because I lost access to my Mojang account since I can't update the email to my current one. With Minecraft transitioning accounts from Mojang to Microsoft, I'm stuck without a way to verify my account. Could you please reset my email to "[redacted]"? My account is 9 years old, and it would be disappointing to lose it. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm feeling desperate.

Hello, I've been encountering a recurring issue with my Minecraft worlds recently. Despite creating backups, my worlds keep disappearing inexplicably. I am certain that the problem does not lie with my phone since this problem never occurred in the past. It's incredibly frustrating to lose all my progress in the worlds I've created. Even after trying to change the storage location to external, my world data still vanishes. I left a rating on the Play Store and noticed that many other players are facing the same problem. Here's a recap of what happened: - Upon installing Minecraft, a screen reader feature turned on automatically, even though I don't use one. I disabled it. - I expected my saved worlds to appear, especially after changing the storage location to external. - When my worlds didn't show up, there was an option to recover them which I attempted. - To my dismay, when my file manager opened in Minecraft, my worlds and resource packs were nowhere to be found. - I created a new world, played in it, and saved. However, upon reopening the game, the screen reader option reappeared despite having turned it off earlier. Upon trying to sign in again, my world had disappeared without a trace, and recovery attempts were futile. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved promptly, not only for my sake but also for the enjoyment of other players. Thank you.

I am having an issue logging into my Microsoft account on PS4 to play Minecraft. It is giving me an error saying that the account is linked to another email, which is not true because I have used it before. When I tried with a different account, it linked successfully but I lost access to my previous purchases. I believed that unlinking the Microsoft account on PS4 would allow me to link it again with no issues, but it seems that is not the case. I continue to receive the same error message when trying to link it back. This never happened before, and I am playing on PlayStation 4.

I have had a Minecraft legacy account since around [redacted]. I recently received an email stating that my Minecraft account has been migrated into a Mojang Studios account. The email mentioned if the change wasn't requested, there may be security issues. I did not request this migration, as I haven't accessed my account in years and can't recall my username or password, just the associated email. I tried to reset the password but didn't receive the email. The email I used for the notification has always been linked to my Minecraft account. Could it have been hacked and the email changed? I simply want to be able to play Minecraft again.

I had a premium Minecraft account, but I forgot my password. I tried clicking on "I forgot my password," but the email never arrived in my inbox. I searched all my personal emails, but I couldn't find any messages to recover my account. I'm unsure if my account was hacked or if I changed my Minecraft email, but I really need to regain access before the migration next week. My account username is "ALEXgamersport," and I can provide proof if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I forgot my Minecraft password and despite clicking on "I forgot my password," I'm not receiving the reset email in any of my personal accounts. I'm unsure if my account has been hacked or if I've forgotten the associated email. I'm eager to regain access, especially with the Microsoft migration happening. My Minecraft account is "ALEXgamersport," and I can provide proof. Thank you for your assistance.

Around 1.5 years ago, I received an email from Mojang stating that my account may have been compromised, and they reset my password. I just found this email and now I'm wondering if I can still recover my account before the migration ends.

A few years ago, I purchased Minecraft: Java Edition and linked my Mojang account to the email [redacted] Unfortunately, I deleted that email some time ago and cannot recover it. Since I created the account many years ago, I no longer remember the answers to my security questions. This prevents me from accessing my account details on the official Minecraft or Mojang website and migrating it. Without my old email, I also can't retrieve my Transaction ID. I would like to update the email linked to my Minecraft Mojang account to my current email, which is already associated with a Microsoft account.

Hello, I purchased the beta version of Minecraft around [redacted]. While I can't recall my original username, I have always used the email [redacted] I took a break from playing on PC for a few years and switched to the PS4 version two years ago, which I had to purchase separately. Now that I'm back on PC, I attempted to migrate or merge my accounts, but only see the PS4 account when logging in through Microsoft with [redacted] I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide. I've paid for the game twice ($20 initially and $20 on PS4) and as an original player, I believe I should have access to the game. I'm still trying to remember my old username. Thank you.

I'm experiencing difficulty logging into my Minecraft account as I have forgotten the password. The email linked to the account is [redacted] Previously, my username was unspeakable50, but my son mentioned it might have been changed to Forky2345. However, attempting to log in with Forky2345 prompts a request for payment, despite purchasing the game a few years ago as a Christmas gift from GameStop. I paid in-store and no longer have the reference card. The game should retain purchase history, considering the previous access. Following an email from Mojang in January [redacted] about migrating the Mojang account to a Microsoft account, Minecraft.net is not granting full access to the game we already own as it did before.
