My Microsoft Office [redacted] account is supposed to be active until 8/28/24, but I am unable to access my Outlook and Word. I keep receiving messages indicating that I am not recognized as a valid user. I have reached out to multiple virtual assistants on various platforms, but I am not getting any resolution. I feel like I am being given the runaround, and I am at a loss for what to do next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A few months back, I had to suddenly change my email due to a security issue. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my previous email and, as a result, I am unable to log in to my Microsoft Office [redacted] account. Despite reaching out to Microsoft's tech support multiple times, I have not received any assistance. Although I can use Word and Excel, I cannot access the full suite, especially my OneDrive files. I have been experiencing this issue since early July [redacted]. I have tried contacting both tech support and the community site, but the only response I got was from a fellow user. A few months ago, I had to change my email address suddenly due to a security issue. Since then, I cannot access my Microsoft Office [redacted] account because I no longer have access to the old email. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to Microsoft tech support, I haven't received any responses. They continue to charge me monthly for the account I can't fully utilize. Although I can use some parts of Office [redacted] like Word and Excel, the suite as a whole is inaccessible, and I can't reach my OneDrive files. This problem has persisted since early July [redacted]. I've tried contacting tech support and the community site with no luck, except for one response from another user on the community site. It's frustrating to pay for a service I can't fully benefit from.

Dear MS Support, I encountered an issue where my phone PIN Code stopped working and required a hard factory reset, causing me to lose access to my MS Authentication App. I have a paid subscription with M365 Personal and require assistance to reset my MFA on the back end to set it up on my phone once more, including downloading backup codes for future use. Hello, it's currently 7:17 pm. I managed to change my Hello PIN, but shortly after, it stopped accepting both the old and new PINs. I can't even remove the sign-in option now. I attempted to use the "forgot PIN" feature to avoid this problem, but Windows just keeps looping me back to the sign-in screen, locking me out of my computer. I'm not sure how to resolve this. I need my computer for remote work starting in just one day.

I received an email claiming our Microsoft Office [redacted] subscription was canceled today resulting in the deletion of our files. We did not request this cancellation and need help to resolve this issue promptly. I have been unable to reach Microsoft tech support by phone despite their attempts to contact me. I have been trying to log into my account for the past 12 hours, but it seems that the information I provided is not sufficient. I gave my date of birth, address, and pin code, but they require old passwords and emails that I have sent. However, I have only received emails and can provide details of who sent them to me. I can provide my name, date of birth, address, Aadhaar number, bank account number, photo, and fingerprint if necessary. Please, allow me to access my account. I have shared this email with my SIM card services and my second ChatGPT account. I cannot create another account due to limitations on ChatGPT. Please, understand my situation - I have important school work to access. I am willing to provide any personal details to verify my identity. Kindly address this issue promptly.

I attempted to change the email linked to my Microsoft account to transfer my brother's Xbox account to his email address. However, the entire Microsoft account got switched to his email by mistake. When trying to revert this change, my original Hotmail account transitioned to an Outlook account because they would not accept my Hotmail address. I have reached out to Microsoft through their website for assistance, but I have not been successful in resolving this issue yet.

I received no assistance from Microsoft, and my experience with gethuman.com was also unhelpful. When I utilized gethuman’s call service, it repeatedly sent invalid codes to my phone, preventing me from making the call. After that, they suggested an external company for a fee, which I declined due to financial constraints and concerns about trust. The Microsoft AI proved to be unhelpful, only seeming to provoke frustration. It continuously refused to connect me to a human representative or address my inquiries. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs, the AI claimed not to understand me. On one occasion, when I expressed my frustration and used strong language, it accused me of "hate speech" and abruptly terminated the call. These AIs should adhere to the Three Laws of Robotics to ensure they are responsive, beneficial, and safe in their interactions with users.

A few months back, my Microsoft account was hacked. Despite my efforts to recover it, I've been unable to regain access. It's the same account my computer is linked to. The issue seems to be preventing me from using a PIN to login and pushing me towards using the Microsoft account instead. After changing my password recently, I still can't sign in. Today, I've tried both the old and new passwords, with no luck. The old one says it's wrong, while the new one just loops me back to the main screen when I try to skip setting up a PIN. I'm desperate because all my important files are on this computer, and I can't afford a new one. I'm feeling very stressed at the moment. Is there any way to change the active account from the Lock Screen or bypass the need to sign in to my account to access my computer? Furthermore, the hacked account had its email and password changed. I believe I unintentionally created a new account with the original email, which might have caused a glitch on the computer.

I believe my phone and computer might have been compromised. This morning, my phone refused to recognize a new security pattern that I had just set, which has never occurred before. I had to attempt three times. In addition, I am experiencing delays in receiving certain emails. For instance, today, emails from my personal account are getting forwarded to my work email address, even though I canceled this action more than a week ago. Moreover, I am unable to access a website account that I created yesterday. The website is not accepting a newly reset password.

I purchased MS Office Home & Business [redacted] for Mac as a one-time license, not a subscription, in [redacted]. Recently, after updating my Mac's OS, when I tried to use Word, Excel, and other apps, I received a message saying, "Activate Microsoft [redacted] to create and edit." I attempted to update my MS license using the original email address I registered with, but the email is no longer active. Trying to create a new license also didn't work. The automated system for support is frustrating and I couldn't reach a human after multiple tries. It redirected me to a website that was unhelpful. It's disappointing that a company of this magnitude does not have better customer support.

I recently got a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 and Office [redacted]. My husband, who is older, needs a bolder font for better visibility. I managed to increase the font size, but when I tried to change to a bolder font style, I couldn't find the 'apply' button. I need to reset my password for my email [redacted] because I no longer have access to the phone number or email associated with the account. I have attempted to use the forum to reset the password nine times, but I keep receiving a message saying, "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner."
