Regarding Order # m[redacted]8, I purchased a ceramic Rae Dunn Halloween witch hat totaling $67.66. Throughout my many purchases on Mercari, most merchants have been professional in carefully packaging breakable items. Regrettably, this marks the fourth broken item I've received, leaving me disheartened and frustrated after investing hard-earned money into items that arrive damaged. Through experience, I've come to understand that the shipping box should closely match the item's size to prevent excessive movement during transit. In this instance, the box provided was significantly larger and taller than the item, allowing it to shift and ultimately break, despite being bubble wrapped and labeled as fragile. The item arrived in several pieces due to the excess room in the packaging. Attached are photos for reference. I kindly request a refund for this damaged item.

Upon my arrival at the New York City bus stop on Monday, April 26th, [redacted], departing at 3 pm, I had my purple Samsonite suitcase with a pink tag. Inside, I had a pair of black and white Vans sneakers, clothes, a pink toiletry bag, and a black and white umbrella. As I was about to board, a man who appeared to be a Megabus employee in charge of loading luggage asked about my stop in Philadelphia. I informed him I was heading to 30th Street Station. Upon arrival, I expected someone to assist with unloading the luggage, but nobody did. I now realize I should have approached the driver for assistance, but at the time, I was uncertain about what to do. When the bus departed, I promptly contacted customer service and submitted a claim.

I had an awful experience on the Mega Bus. The driver refused to wear his mask, closed the doors on my boyfriend intentionally, and was consistently rude to passengers. This left me, my boyfriend, and our 11-year-old son stranded in Manhattan late at night during heavy rain. This particular driver, Marvin Cunningham, has been disrespectful in the past. I even called customer service about him two weeks ago. We recorded the incidents and tried contacting customer service, but we kept getting disconnected. It's frustrating that there's no one available to help at night in situations like this. Cunningham claimed his supervisor in Elizabeth, NJ, Steve, allowed him to leave us behind without hearing our side. We had to involve the police. I have a friend, Kenneth M. B., who purchased a ticket on the Mega Bus from Memphis, TN to Dallas, TX departing at 10:30 PM on August 30, [redacted]. He experienced a delay and had to take another bus to Austin near 8:00 AM the following morning. The driver allowed him to ride for free due to the delay. Unfortunately, Kenneth left his black rolling luggage on the bus upon arriving in Austin on August 31, [redacted]. I inadvertently left my silver suitcase on a Megabus traveling from New York City to Boston today at 12:30pm. I am keen to recover it. The suitcase is small, similar in size to a regular carry-on. I had booked a Megabus ticket for November 19th departing from Blacksburg, VA at 8:00 am to Dulles Washington Airport (IAD), VA, arriving at Dulles Airport Curb 2A by 1:30 pm for Thanksgiving Break. I had a ticket for my son to return home from Houston, Texas yesterday, the 26th. Unfortunately, he missed the bus. I am now trying to reschedule him for a bus today. I misplaced my beloved stuffed toy on a Megabus yesterday, August 18th. This toy is very special to me as I have had it since childhood. I reached out to Megabus customer service multiple times and they advised me to wait 3-5 days to check if it has been found. I am anxious to confirm that my toy is safe and not treated as just an ordinary lost item. The toy is in a small blue case with white print. It may seem trivial to others, but to me, it holds sentimental value and brings comfort during tough times. I hope it is located and handled with care.

I was trying to find out about getting a return ticket from Leeds to Bristol Coach Station on October 28th. I had booked a bus journey from Bristol to Cardiff for 16:25 on Saturday, December 11th. Upon reaching the bus stop, a Megabus employee informed me that the coach was delayed by 90 minutes due to traffic in London. They advised me to return around 6pm when the bus would arrive. Despite our efforts, the bus could not be tracked by me, fellow passengers, or the workers, as we consistently checked its location during the delay. After waiting, I went back to the stop to find out the bus did not show up, and there was no update as it was likely to be canceled. I request a full refund of my ticket due to being misled and stranded without transportation for the weekend.

I mistakenly booked 2 return tickets from Glasgow to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport. I had to pay an extra 27.00 pounds for the mistake when boarding the bus. Can I use the original tickets from Glasgow to Edinburgh on Jan 3rd and get off at the airport, or will I need to purchase new tickets? It's been costly with the additional ticket on Dec 29th. I encountered some issues with my trip from Philadelphia to New York. Rather than booking two separate tickets for each way, it appears that I mistakenly booked the same ticket four times. Subsequently, I made changes to two tickets, incurring an additional fee, to adjust them to be from New York to Philadelphia. It got stuck between the windscreen and the platform on the upper deck of Megabus [redacted] on May 13, [redacted], when I was boarding from Manchester to Sunderland. Both drivers who were driving the bus were aware of the situation. I was advised to report the incident to customer service and missing.x, which I did. However, I have not received any updates yet. I was informed that the phone would be retrieved when the bus reaches the depot. It has been about a month now without my phone, which contains important information. I experienced a devastating fire at my home and urgently need to return to Georgia from Granbury, Texas. I was misinformed by three customer service representatives who assured me I could purchase a bus ticket in Fort Worth to get to Georgia by 2:45 pm. I'm now stranded here as the office is closed and won't open until noon. I'm frustrated that despite my efforts to confirm the information, I was given incorrect details. It's disappointing to be left waiting under the sun until noon to buy a ticket and then to wait even longer for the bus departure. This situation could have been avoided if I was directed to Dallas, which operates 24/7. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent others from being similarly misled in the future.

I lost my iPhone on a Falcon bus en route to Bristol airport from Honiton stop at 3:44 pm on October 22nd. It's a black iPhone 11 with a black Rinoshield case that shows branding on its edge and has a protective glass screen. It features two cameras on the back at the top left corner. The wallpaper displays a sky with a kite (refer to the attached photo). My phone, which has been reported lost, can be contacted at +[redacted]0. I tracked its location through iCloud, and it seems to be near Laira Bridge Road.
