McDonald **** Hwy *** S Benbrook TX ******This is possible one of the worst places I have been. The drive through was very busy so I was not concerned with the length if time it took to fix my order. The fact that it was wrong and the manager wanted.to argue about it is UNACCEPTABLE. I saw mo coffee fixed and sitting.on the counter for ** minutes before I went to get my order. It was cold. I asked for them to heat it up, not even make new. The manger walks off rolling her eyes. While we FINALLY got our whole order it seemed like there was a break in the drive through traffic and indoor line. It is pretty quiet and two people come in. The rude manager keeps telling them the lobby is closed. One guys asks why when people were eating in the lobby? She yells at him that she doesn't have to explain why. *The exchange goes like this :(c*customer*m*manager)*M: YOU NEED TO LEAVE MY STORE*C: is there a reason your closing because I see people in the lobby?*M: I don't have to explain anything to you.*C: Can I speak with the manager?*M: I AM the manager. Sir you need to leave. *(I asked him what she said, was there a problem within the store?)*Them Manager precedes to screech at us because he was telling me it was because there was not enough staff. Which I observed to be true, but not. License to be a ***** over.)*He is filing a complaint online and she won't give a name, a store number, she explains YELING she "is not obligated to tell you anything."**McDs better find another manager for that store. Judging by the YELP comments, this is not an isolated issue but rather a constant, persistent problem with a management and some staff that has no ability to handle sudden rushes or customer complaints.
