I asked for a refund for some seats that I had upgraded to business. When I received my credit card they refunded everything. I still want my business class. I sent an e-mail a few weeks ago. They said they would call me, but I have not heard from them. I asked if there was another way to contact you and I was told no. I just found this. Please call me so I can get this straight, I do not want to loose our business class tickets. Thank You Peggy Gough FB ID ********
