Doctor Patrick Martin: Lufthansa flight on 26.11.21, flight LH1035 and then flight 4Y152 Paris-Frankfurt-Mauritius: At boarding, I was forced to pay [redacted] euros for a golf bag (one way)! This is truly extortionate! For a flight from Paris to Punta Cana with Air France, I only paid 50 euros round trip! Additionally, my suitcase and golf bag are still in Frankfurt, even though I was told they had both been loaded onto the plane! As of today, I still have not received them! I will be taking another Lufthansa flight back to Paris on 18.12 (confirmed reservation code WS7TZUG). I expect a significant gesture of goodwill! Otherwise, I will share my experience on social media (Facebook, Instagram) advising all doctor golfers against flying with Lufthansa! Thank you for your response.

I have booked my return trip from LED to FRA on 24th Jan 22 with a connecting flight to BRS, the UK on the same day. I am in St Petersburg currently. I recently received a schedule change for my FRA to BRS flight, moved to 23rd Jan 22, a day earlier. However, the LED to FRA flight remains unchanged. This has caused confusion as I need to travel from LED to FRA to BRS on the same day, but the second leg is now on the previous day. It's puzzling how to reach FRA from LED when the LED to FRA flight is on the 24th while the FRA to BRS leg is on the 23rd. I would like to reschedule the entire journey for a same-day flight from LED to FRA to BRS. My booking code is OJJXUY.

I have a flight scheduled for December 6 to Mauritius, with a connecting flight to France. I hold a Mauritian passport, and there seems to be some uncertainty about entry restrictions in France for Mauritian citizens. I am contemplating canceling my trip, unsure about the refund policy. The information regarding refunds on the website is unclear, so I have refrained from canceling yet. If I am unable to enter France and make the final leg of my journey, I am curious if Lufthansa would assist in rebooking me on a return flight home.

Today I was supposed to travel to Frankfurt, but unexpectedly was asked to take a Covid-19 test despite being fully vaccinated. They assured me I could catch a flight tomorrow (Friday), so I've been attempting to book one for then. My family in Nigeria is already anxious about my situation. I am currently without food or shelter, so I'll need to stay in a hotel tonight. Just for clarification, I did not reserve anything for January. I am scheduled to fly with United Air on Saturday, the 11th from Washington DC (IAD) to Venice, with a layover in Frankfurt (IAD to Frankfurt FRA) on flight UA932, then continuing with Lufthansa from Frankfurt (FRA) to Venice (VCE) on flight UA9308. I am unsure about the COVID-19 testing requirements for transiting through Germany. United mentions a test 72 hours before flying, but online sources state a test 48 hours prior to entering Germany. I requested a refund for the upgraded business class seats, but the entire amount was refunded to my credit card. I am still keen on retaining the business class seats. I reached out via email a few weeks ago. They assured me a call back, but I haven't received one. I inquired whether there was an alternate method to reach out, and was informed there isn't. On August 28th, I traveled from Frankfort to Chicago and unfortunately discovered that my luggage was damaged during the journey. I reported the issue to a Lufthansa employee and filed a report under reference number ORDLH21935/28Aug21/2007GMT. After following up with Lufthansa, I was directed to Rynn's Luggage for assessment and repair. Rynn's determined that the luggage was beyond repair and offered to replace it. However, as we couldn't find a suitable replacement, Lufthansa agreed to issue a check instead. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a flight reservation I made for my family from Windhoek, Namibia to Berlin, Germany scheduled for December '21 to January '22 with the reference number OGMIOI. I need to reschedule the flight to June-July [redacted]. I am encountering an issue where I am only being offered flights with a layover in Munich instead of a direct flight between Frankfurt and Berlin, which is preferable for us as we are traveling with small children. I have attempted to contact Lufthansa's Namibia number with no success and have also tried reaching an agent in Germany to no avail. I am currently attempting to upload documents for a second passenger for our upcoming trip to Prague tomorrow, passing through Germany. After successfully uploading my own documents and receiving confirmation, I encountered an issue when trying to upload documents for the additional passenger. Despite inserting their name and booking number, I received an error message. I also tried using what I think is the passenger's ticket number, but encountered the same problem. I seem unable to upload documents for the second passenger via the website. Thank you.

I had a ticket from Vienna to Mumbai with PNR O4DYWR. On the 31st of August, I called Customer Service, and they changed the PNR to the new one, NLR8J4, due to COVID. They mentioned I could book a ticket until the 31st of October for a date up to July [redacted]. As the situation hadn't improved by the end of October, I contacted Customer Service and emailed Customer Relations with reference number [redacted]5 over a month ago but haven't received a response regarding how to get the new open booking date and the booking deadline. Recently, the Austrian customer service informed me that the PNR has no information and suggested contacting my agent. However, I haven't been in touch with my agent for two years, and they seem to have ceased operations. My ticket was rescheduled by Lufthansa last year, and I paid an additional [redacted] Euro for it. The change in PNR has left me with no information or assistance.

I missed my flight this morning to Accra, Ghana because I did not receive my Covid-19 test results on time. I contacted the airline at 1 am to cancel my check-in, which they confirmed they did. My agent informed me that the airline marked me as a no-show and advised me to contact you to remove this status so I can rebook. I was informed by Lufthansa that I could reschedule my tickets. However, due to the fare level, I was not eligible for vouchers or refunds. Now, when attempting to reschedule, they are stating that I am unable to do so because of the fare class. My trip was canceled due to the current Covid situation in Germany. I have requested for them to review the recorded conversations to verify that I was indeed offered that option. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Good afternoon, I am having trouble finding my two red dispatched suitcases - one weighing 23kg and a smaller one. On my journey from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo, Brazil (Flight N: LA3341), then from Sao Paulo to Frankfurt, Germany (Flight N: LA8070), and finally from Frankfurt to London City (Flight N: LH [redacted]), my flight from Sao Paulo to Frankfurt was delayed. I need assistance rebooking my parents' travel to Nigeria. Initially set for departure on 12/8, they were denied boarding due to a PCR test taken 2 hours past the 48-hour requirement. After spending a total of 6 hours on the phone with Lufthansa trying to rebook their flight without success, a preferred alternative flight on December 12th was identified during the call. I have reserved 4 travel award tickets for this Christmas to Germany. 1. Booking for passengers Robert and Jacob Hochstein - Confirmation Number: 2DHYSX with Lufthansa. 2. Booking for passengers Leslie and Elijah Hochstein - Confirmation Number: 2C6XAK. We are considering rebooking for next Christmas or requesting refunds. We contacted one of the two credit card companies, but they insist we cancel and contact Lufthansa. Unfortunately, reaching Lufthansa has proven difficult.

We had booked a round-trip flight to Abu Dhabi. The flight there was fine, but the return leg was canceled without our knowledge. This happened on the day we departed from Dusseldorf to Abu Dhabi on December 6th. Our scheduled return flight from Abu Dhabi to Munich to Dusseldorf on December 13th was unexpectedly canceled, leaving us no choice but to purchase new tickets with another airline due to no available seats on the original plane.
