Airline booking ref: YTRZDL *I booked various flights to South America through a company called Travelup.*My first flight was on **st March which due to Covid-**, travel restrictions where put inplace, I didn't travel. I have had no contact from Travelup having repeatedly tried to get intouch with them since **th March. I therefore contacted Latam direct to find out what my flight status was on my booking, as i believe flights were cancelled, also if Travelup had put in for a refund from the airline, if so when was this.*Any information for the above to help my claim would be appreciated.
