The issue in GetHuman-evammill's own words
We were denied of medical care when I was bleeding by a very rude flight attendant named Jose. I asked for a bandaid and explained that my finger was bleeding and I had nothing to stop it. He told me that they did in fact have a first aid kit on board but that he would not open it to get a bandage for me because LATAM’s policy is that they can only give out first aid if a doctor has first approved it. So I asked to speak with the doctor at which point he told me that there was no doctor I could speak to. I found this very disturbing and would like to know if it is truly the policy of LATAM to deny medical care in cases of bleeding. If so I do not ever want to take another LATAM flight again. Please let me know so I can decide what airlines to book my future flight on. I should also note that I did my best but that the plane should be cleaned because I did get some blood on the seat back pocket. The flight number was LA**** on a January *st ****.
