Please remove my email from the CeraVe skin products mailing list immediately. Today is the third time I have attempted to unsubscribe, but encountered an error message when using the website link. Additionally, I called customer service and was met with a rude and argumentative representative who declined to transfer me to a supervisor, claiming she was the only one. When I inquired about reaching the corporate offices, I was told they would just redirect me back to her. Instead of this frustrating exchange, a simple apology and swift removal of my email address after providing it would have sufficed. This experience has been disappointing due to the poor and inappropriate customer service encountered.

I recently bought the RevitaLift® Triple Power Anti-Aging Moisturizer. However, I was disappointed to find that the jar inside the box did not match the labeling on the box. The box clearly stated "New triple power" moisturizer, but the jar only indicated "moisturizer," lacking the "anti-aging" description. This inconsistency is misleading and made me unsure about the product. I have returned the item due to this discrepancy and would appreciate it if the packaging accurately reflects the product inside. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers do not encounter the same confusion. Thank you.

Good morning, I previously reached out to you about the recent alterations to the Pro-Matte Infallible Foundation that I've been using for years in color [redacted] Natural Buff. The updated product I purchased is noticeably lighter. Walgreens declined my return since it was opened, and on trial, it made me appear pale. I bought two more with the same outcome. Your representative denied any changes despite numerous complaints on your website. As a loyal Loreal customer who uses various products, I was disappointed by the unhelpful response. It would be appreciated if future product changes were clearly stated, with possible color substitutions provided or honesty about modifications. Can you please indicate the corresponding color in the Pro-Matte range to the previous [redacted] Natural Buff? This will help me avoid buying shades not suiting me. I recently bought the L'Oreal Age Perfect Cell Renewal Rosy Tone product from my local CVS store. After applying it last night, I immediately felt a burning and itching sensation on my face and neck. While I've used other L'Oreal face creams in the past without issues, this particular one caused a strong reaction. I had to remove it with a warm washcloth to alleviate the discomfort, but I still feel some itching after twelve hours. Upon researching the ingredients, I found that it contains substances I'm allergic to, such as petrolatum, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzophenone, and formaldehyde. Due to this allergic reaction, I won't be using any of your products in the future. I am requesting a refund for this purchase and suggesting that you either clearly label the ingredients or develop formulas suitable for individuals with allergies to these substances. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I recently visited Walgreens and came across your Whole Blends shampoo on sale for 2/$8.00, with an additional $1 off each bottle with a Walgreens perk. I purchased 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioner, and had both a $4.00/2 digital coupon and a $4.00/2 paper coupon. Unfortunately, the register would only accept the paper coupon, citing a policy of one coupon per household per day. I was informed to address this with L'Oreal directly. I find it difficult to believe that a company would restrict customers from buying more than one item in a day. If this policy stands, I may have to reconsider purchasing your products in the future. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue if this is indeed your protocol.

I recently bought the L'Oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lash Mascara because the package claims it is "clump free, flake free, smudge free." However, I keep noticing mascara flakes under my eyes by the time I get home, which ruins my makeup. I always wait for the mascara to dry before proceeding with the rest of my routine, but the flakes still happen. Do you have any tips to help me avoid this issue? Dear Madam/Sir, I was surprised to find that when I purchased the Age Perfect Eye Cream this morning, I struggled to open the box and discovered a small pot glued to the bottom of a larger box. I believe it's not about the quantity in the pot, but the deceptive packaging. The waste of packaging and the misleading impression of a larger pot is unacceptable. Your product quality should not need to be disguised through dishonest packaging. I am disappointed in your company for allowing such marketing tactics. I have been a long-time user of your products, particularly enjoying the rose face creams. I reached out to the Ralph Lauren website about an issue with my recent purchase of Romance perfume, which I've been using since [redacted]. The spray nozzle keeps getting stuck, and it's frustrating. Their response directed me to contact L'Oreal at 1-[redacted] for further assistance as they produce the fragrances. Although I appreciate their quick reply and recommendation, I expect a product of this quality to work smoothly without any issues. This situation has left me feeling disappointed as a loyal customer of Ralph Lauren products.

I purchased the Infallible Pro-Last eyeliner ten days ago, and I am really impressed with its application and staying power. I prefer a light liner, so I use a small amount each time, once a day. I expected it to twist up for more product, but it doesn't seem to work that way; I am nearly at the end of the original "lead part." Despite trying to twist the bottom, no more product has come out. I cannot afford to replace the pencil every two weeks. I am unsure if my pencil is defective or if this is normal. If it is, I may need to look for a different eyeliner. Thank you. M. J.

I am disappointed by a commercial promoting the transgender community. As the owner of Maybelline, you are accountable for this choice. I am a 60-year-old longtime Loreal customer. Today, I have ended my loyalty. I do not need to comprehend transgender matters. Individuals have the right to live as they choose, but I am tired of it being forced on me. Many others feel the same. I will spread this information to my friends and urge them to do the same. By the way, the transgender "female" in the ad is a MAN, which may not be clear to you. I am a nurse and have a good understanding of male and female distinctions.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with purchasing the "All Over Color & Highlights Only 30 Minutes" in 6.4, Ginger Twist - Light Golden Copper Brown. It was previously priced at $10.00 but is now not available anywhere for less than $50.00. I have searched extensively in stores and online without success. Today, I made an online purchase from Skinceuticals. Right after placing the order, I noticed I selected the sheer sunscreen instead of the tinted one. I promptly contacted them to correct the error, willing to pay any price difference, but they declined to modify the order. They insisted I wait to receive the product and return it instead. When I requested to cancel the order instead, they also denied this option. As a result, I contacted my credit card provider to dispute the pending charge, but they are unable to assist until it is no longer pending.

Hello, I have had a disappointing experience with the Revitalift Miracle Blur product from L'Oreal. Instead of erasing the look of wrinkles, lines, and pores, it does the opposite by creating a pasty appearance that worsens the overall look. Despite trying different amounts, it does not provide a smoothing effect and makes anything worn over it look terrible. Although I am a fan of other L'Oreal products, I have decided to discard this particular one. I intend to return it to you and would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a credit, refund, or a gift card for future L'Oreal purchases. I purchased 2 jars of Age Perfect Golden Age, but after using the first one twice, I had to stop. The product made my face appear sunburned and cannot be applied around the eyes, making me resemble a Panda. Despite being a long-time user of L'Oréal skin products, I am extremely disappointed with this one. I am hoping to receive a reimbursement for these items. The products were purchased online from Superdrug, a retailer I frequently shop from.

Dear L'Oreal, I recently bought two of the above-mentioned products as I wanted a break from permanent hair color. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results I achieved. Even though I bought two boxes, I will only use one. I am hoping that Superdrug will accept the return of the unused box. I understand they might not be able to take responsibility for the one I have already used. I have attached some pictures showing the color results. Please bear in mind that these photos were taken before my hair was even washed for the first time, let alone the 24th wash. I have doubts about the product's longevity. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I have been a long-time user of L'Oreal and its subsidiaries, relying on them because they claimed not to test on animals. Recently, I learned that they still conduct animal testing for products sold in China. I find any form of animal testing unnecessary and cruel. Unless organizations like PETA and Hello Kitty confirm that L'Oreal has stopped all animal testing, my household, which buys a lot of L'Oreal and Maybelline products, will join the boycott against your brands.

I bought a tube of Loreal Telescopic mascara about 2 months ago and have only used it around 10 times. It's a product I've used for years and really enjoy. However, recently, as I was pulling the wand out of the tube, the brush broke off, which was disappointing as there's still plenty of product left. I'm hoping to inquire about the possibility of getting a replacement for this issue.

I wanted to inquire about the L'Oreal Magic Root Cover Up. After completing patch tests, I discovered a severe allergy to PPD. I am currently recovering from a rash and hives caused by my previous hair coloring. While I stopped using products with PPD, I rely on this root cover up. Despite PPD not being listed, I am concerned as some chemical names are tricky. Can you confirm if PPD is present in the ingredients to ensure I can use the product safely or discontinue use if needed? Your help is greatly appreciated. - M. Harwood
