Okay, honestly what the **** Kayak. I booked a car reservation on ********* through your site. The booking is for a car with Fox Rent a Car from ******** to ********. I never got a confirmation email. I called Fox and they instructed me to contact Priceline. I contacted Priceline and they redirect me to you. I have called your customer service and keep getting "the office is closed for holiday". Whatever holiday this is, it has lasted over * weeks and I want in on it. I follow the automated ******** prompts and get "Kayak can't find you in the system" and then proceed to get hung up on. However, Fox Rent a Car has a confirmation number for me. But they can't tell me what's happening to my confirmation email or payment. **I need a confirmation email and I need to extend my booking by one day but I can't get ahold of anyone!!!
