Hi, i have claimed warranty due to the device being defective and I have thrown out the defected device. In the past i have had somewhat similar problems and I was never asked to send in the original device so I just assumed that I can just throw it out and still get the warranty. So since I have no original defected device no longer, there is no other way I can claim my warranty?
