Bought * Juuls with regular tobacco flavor for my husband and * for me but menthol tobacco for me! This purchase was made at Gillis Grocery also known as the flag store for **.** each @ * apiece plus the inserts for our each for our respective choices in regular and menthol. When I bought them they said ** cents trial offer and I was told that you guys would rebate the **.oo dollars each. Neither of our Juuls worked properly and they wouldn't return them or the flavor sticks. We got ripped off because apparently they were scamming us for the $**.** it should have been .** cents each. The cost of their scam cost us alot of MONEY and we got NOTHING in return EVEN THE CHANCE TO TRY JUUL AT ALL! WE ARE TRYING TO STOP SMOKING USING YOUR PRODUCTS OR OTHERS. PLEASE HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK AND THE JUUL PRODUCT IN WORKING ORDER!!!
Buy sending one of each to my husband and I. I saved the devices and the info package to support the store's fraudulent activities with Juul losing customers and MONEY, at the very least I should have been sent one of each Juuls PRODUCTS.
