Speak to a human being. ... Juul,*I have bought so many juul pods and devices. Each time I use one for a short time it stops working. (Will not charge, will not work when I try to inhale, or the liquid from the pod leaks into my mouth,...) I want to speak to someone at your company that can resolve this issue. I am seriously thinking about changing my device to another company. I have spent such a large amount of money and time replacing your product. *I want to speak to a human being without wait time.
