I purchased my black Juul from my neighborhood gas station on Long Island at the end of January ****. It was working great for the first few months, but I started having issues with it recently. About * nights ago, I put in a new pod and took a few rips before going to bed. When I woke up, about **% of the pod had leaked out because the pod was faulty. This was definitely annoying considering it came from a pack that was purchased right from the Juul website. After taking out the battery and cleaning it multiple times, I figured that this would do the trick. However, even though my Juul is able to charge now, it does not produce any vapor. On top of all this, it appears that someone stole my warranty code because I went to register my Juul and it would not work. If the company would consider issuing me a replacement I would be extremely grateful, especially considering that it was working fine until I put in the faulty pod that was issued by the Juul company. Thank you very much for your consideration.
