I had flights scheduled for October *th to October **th from BDL to Orlando which I, unfortunately, had to cancel due to my dad being terminally ill and my needing to stay with him. I was told that I would receive an email for a fee waiver which I have not received. It was supposed to go to my email as well as my husband's. My confirmation code is XWPUAQ. Our names are Peter and Michele Bysko.
GetHuman3591175 did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
