My Name is Arturo Tavera, on May **st, I bought an airplane ticket from your round trip from Orlando to Santo Domingo from *th of June to return the **st of the same month. I was charged the amount of $***.** for that ticket then two days later I decided to take my family with me, one adult, my wife, and my two children which are traveling with me on the same plane at the same date and they were charged the amount of $***.** for each ticket. As you can see there is a difference of the amount of $**.**, amount that I understand I should get credit for (common sense), as we will be using the same services from your company and to make it easier I'm willing to pay part of that money for checking in one luggage back and forth. On the expectation of your favorable decision on this matter. Truly yours Arturo Tavera.
