I am an NRE account holder currently in Haiti and trying to upload my KYC documents. I have all the necessary documents with me and today as I attempted to download them, I encountered an issue. Dear Sir, I had taken a Bajaj bike loan from your bank branch in Jhansi in March [redacted], which was paid off in 15 installments through my bank checks. At that time, I did not receive any loan account number or passbook. Even after the loan was paid, I have not received the NOC from the branch despite contacting the bank several times. Hello, I'm Siv Unnikumaran. I used Money2India ICICI to send $[redacted] on May 17, which was deducted from my bank account on May 18. However, the money has not been credited to my NRE account in India yet. Typically, this transfer only takes three to four hours. Upon checking the website, I found that they are currently unable to process the transaction.
