We had a super bad experience with a HomeAway Listing. The location was a complete misrepresentation of what was displayed online. HomeAway would not support us in any way with this issue and said the only thing we can do is leave a review - which we did. But the review has not been published. Several attemps to get an answer from HomeAway on why our review is not published failed (they don't answer to emails or they start a chat, put you on hold and never come back to you).

GetHuman-bettina_ did not yet indicate what HomeAway.com should do to make this right.
