Im trying ro refund our payment because they cancelled it already! ... Hi I’m Jenifer Borja from Philippines,*we booked from homeaway apps last Dec. **, **** with reservation ID: HA-Z*T*** at Property ID: *******, they debited the amount of US$*** in our account and yet the property cancelled our request. we are asking for refund and yet no answer has given to us! we want a FULL REFUND because they cancell the reservation.**we tried to chat, send forms and call them thru international calls, but nothing happened. Thank you for the help!
