Property ID *********Re Nicholas De Waal booking reservation No IDHA-GG**B*G*These guests stayed last night * January* We replied * months ago informing them that the reservation was declined *Your system allowed this booking to proceed , it is totally your company's fault that it was allowed to happen *We had a booking for two nights though our own web page *th *th Jan for * people $*** per night that we had in our system and when they arrived half an hour after your booking we had to find them alteratve accomodation !*At a cost to us of $****We are expecting you to compensate us for that cost! It has come out of our pocket!*We have had two totally unsatisfactory phone calls to your company this morning*One was trying to blame us for the mix up*If this is not resolved to our satisfaction we intend to take further*Expecting a speedy response *Colin & Pam Ladley
