Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations - Unemployment Insurance Customer Service Issues

I have applied for 4 weeks of benefits, but I have yet to receive any payments. I have been in touch with the UI office, and each time I contact them, they mention a different issue. Whenever I check my claim status, it always shows as pending.
