Dear Sirs,**I have just received another letter that I have to file my tax return for the past financial year. I have actually done that before the January deadline and I have paid my tax (ca £***). It was taken from my account in February. Despite that, my tax code had been adjusted for some reason, and through that I have been charged approximately the same amount deducted from my employee's salary. *This is wrong, I already have paid that tax and I want my money back please. My tax code has since been readjusted. So either please refund through my salary or send back the amount I paid in February.**Please do NOT tell me to set up a personal tax account or call a certain number. I have tried the former and it doesn't work. I have tried the latter and your horrid computer doesn't understand me when I read out my National Insurance number, thus I never get anywhere.**Please give me a person to speak to or give me my money back. And kindly stop sending me letters about things that I have already done. This is all very exasperating and an incredible waste of time.**Your "helpline" doesn't help and it is incredibly frustrating to be denied speaking to a real person, when I pay my taxes on time and do the things you ask me to do reliably.
