In February, when I filed my taxes, I discovered that my identity had been stolen. The IRS was informed about this with a stolen identity form. However, I have not received my tax return. Upon checking my IRS account, I noticed incorrect information, including a wrong address and income amount. I am being charged money erroneously. I need my income amount corrected, my refund issued, and my address updated. I should not owe any money since I paid my Virginia taxes and scheduled the payment to be withdrawn on April 1st.

I have been a loyal H&R Block customer for many years and also handled tax filings for my late stepmother through your services. Sadly, my stepmother has recently passed away, and I am now the executor of her trust. I am seeking tax advice for myself and the trustees involved and would appreciate a conference call to discuss this complex situation as the trust spans across three states - California, Texas, and Connecticut. It encompasses various assets such as real estate in CA and CT, investment accounts, and an IRA, totaling $1.3 million in stocks/IRA. Regarding the stock investment account, I understand that selling the stocks may be necessary to distribute to the trustees. I am unsure about the responsibility for capital gains tax once the stocks are sold and also whether I need to file my stepmother's taxes for [redacted] since she took her mandatory distribution this year. As for the IRA account, I believe the stocks need to be sold and distributed to the trustees who will have a 10-year period to withdraw funds and pay taxes accordingly. Regarding the real estate properties, there are complexities between CA and CT properties with inheritance issues and potential investments to increase selling value. To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal customer of H&RBlock for many years. Unfortunately, this year I have been experiencing difficulties logging into my account even after changing my password. Despite numerous attempts at a password reset, I continue to encounter the same issue. My communications with Jessica S. have been unhelpful, as she only suggests reentering my information correctly or calling customer service, which is challenging for me due to being located in South Korea and the time zone difference. Every password reset attempt results in an error message stating that my personal information does not match the records. I have requested to be transferred to someone who can assist me, but Jessica has stopped responding to my messages. I urgently need assistance to access my account to file my taxes. I bought software in November but missed the download deadline. I am struggling to get assistance from H&R Block to allow me to download it. I will try contacting them tomorrow at 7 am Central Time. I've used H&R Block software for years and never faced this issue. The software I purchased is H&R Block [redacted] Mac Premium Fed + State. I just want to download it so I can use it. It shouldn't be this difficult!

I have previously mentioned my concern regarding identity theft on Form [redacted]. Despite my numerous attempts, I encounter issues halfway through answering the questions as they disappear. A robot completed my free filing, but I am unable to obtain answers regarding the form. I suspect there may be additional benefits overlooked by the robot during the process. I vaguely recall encountering these benefits but am unable to recollect them. I spent the entire day attempting to reach a human for assistance without success. The system mentioned potential additional refunds for the elderly, and I would appreciate it if this aspect could be investigated. Thank you.

I recently received a CP22A form from the IRS on August 29, [redacted], indicating I owed an additional $[redacted] in taxes for my [redacted] filing. Having been a loyal H&R Block customer for over 20 years, I utilized their online service in [redacted]. Encountering two main issues, the first was upon calling the listed number, I was directed through a lengthy verification process only to be informed at the end that the office was closed. Suggest putting this message at the beginning of the menu for efficiency. Upon calling back, the customer service representative seemed distracted by her newborn and was not able to provide adequate assistance beyond suggesting I pay the tax and call back for further help. Disappointed by the lack of support and expertise, I inquired about speaking with a tax expert but was only offered an appointment that was never confirmed. I encountered issues with my child tax credits filing through H&R Block in Moreno Valley, California. They made mistakes in my tax return, causing delays in receiving the full refund. After my desktop computer crashed, I had to reset the Windows 10 OS, resulting in the loss of all my programs, including my H&R Block tax software which I've been using for 20 years. The customer service representative was only able to provide me with the [redacted] program, but I urgently require access to the [redacted] to [redacted] programs for both Federal and Minnesota taxes. It's crucial for me to have these past programs to retrieve my filing information as the IRS has notified me of taxes due for [redacted]. I cannot respond to this notice without the program as I need to explain the amounts I reported. I am a long-time customer of H&R Block and would greatly appreciate it if you could reissue the previous years' programs as I had downloaded them online and did not purchase them on a disk. Throughout this entire year, I have been facing an ongoing issue regarding my refund. After receiving my check from H&R Block, I encountered a problem when trying to cash it with Fidelity Banking. They locked my account, froze my funds, and insist that the only way for me to retrieve my money is by having the issuer of the check recall the funds from Fidelity. I previously contacted H&R Block and filled out a lost check form with all required documents. However, after nearly 3 months of waiting, they informed me that it was denied. Now, I've been informed that H&R Block needs to recall the funds, not the check, for me to access my money. This relates to my tax return from last year, which amounts to around $9,[redacted]. I now have a new fiance, and we've been together for a year and a half. He supports me and my children financially. I'm wondering if my fiance can claim my children on his taxes since he plays a significant role in their lives and provides for them. I would like to know if their biological father would still be able to file taxes if my fiance claims them, considering the situation that the kids live with me and he hasn't had them for over a year. I purchased the [redacted] version of HRBlock Deluxe, but it is not compatible with my Windows 7 laptop. This is very frustrating as a retired individual who now needs to buy a new computer just to file my taxes. It is disappointing that the program is not backward compatible and feels like a waste of money. It would be helpful if a check for the operating system version was included or if buyers were asked about compatibility prior to purchase. I am wondering if there is a way to transfer the downloaded product to a different computer. If there is no solution provided, I may need to dispute the purchase on my credit card statement.

The receipt for the H&R Block Deluxe + State Tax Software clearly indicates the purchase for [redacted], however, upon visiting "activate.hrblock.com/DRJ" as instructed, the correct page was not found and the software installed was the [redacted] version. This deviation from the usual smooth installation process with H&R Block has left me with outdated software for the tax year. It is possible that clearer instructions could have prevented this error, whether it was due to my browser or a misunderstanding of the steps. I feel the activation code may need to be reset by H&R Block or a new one issued to install the correct [redacted] software version. During a reinstallation attempt using the specific address provided, an error was encountered stating the activation code had been used for a different H&R Block product. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue promptly, grateful that this occurred before I began my taxes. Please help me regain access to the correct software promptly.

I have filed with two different offices, one at the beginning of January. I was informed it was e-filed, but by December 12th of that year, there was no progress. I revisited the office and spoke with someone from your tax service, who assured me it was done correctly. However, there is no record of the initial filing, and I received a Spruce card instead of the Emerald card that was supposed to be provided. I called on January 3rd and was told the issue was not resolved, even though I was charged for the service. I am disappointed with the lack of efficiency and organization in handling my affairs. I request a timely and thorough response regarding my stimulus payments. I have filed for [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], and the situation is frustrating. If you cannot fulfill your duties, I expect compensation, a full refund, and will seek services elsewhere.

I was in the process of purchasing my [redacted] tax software online. I mistakenly used an invalid discount code, GetHRBlock.com/LEMONS, and then placed the order without confirming. Later, I discovered a valid coupon code, RTGF-47Y, and used it to order the software. However, I have now been charged for two software programs: one at $44.95 plus tax and the other at $34.95 plus tax. I would like to cancel the $44.95 plus tax software and have the amount refunded to my debit card.
