I recently bought a Visa debit card I have a temporary card I'm trying to register when I did I talked to gentleman I told him there was a one-time use and he asked me for a PIN number I gave it to him he said it would be ready in ** minutes when I went to go use it it would not work what do I need to do to have this temporary card activated
