I have two phone protection plans, one for $4.99 a week and the other for $14.99 a month, both accidentally set up for the same phone. Unfortunately, my phone has been compromised and is now unusable. I urgently need to cancel both of these services as I can no longer afford them, especially since I have recently lost my job. The payments are withdrawn automatically from my checking account. Please cancel these Google LED phone protection services as soon as possible. I'm struggling to communicate verbally, so I'm resorting to typing to explain my frustrating experience with Google Chrome. I've encountered issues with Chrome sync, which led to multiple password changes and confusion between different accounts. My attempts to clarify this were not understood, and I felt overwhelmed by the lack of support. The constant back and forth between Play Store and Google accounts left me exasperated. I've spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this, feeling violated by the system's inefficiency. All I seek is to recover my Google account, a simple request that has turned into a draining ordeal. I am disappointed by the treatment I've received and the lack of empathy from Google's customer service. I hope to find a resolution soon, without further complications or misunderstandings.

Today, I noticed that my Google search history has disappeared from both my Galaxy A11 phone and Google Chromebook. When I try to search in the Google search bar, my history does not show up anymore. I can access all my history by going to chrome://history/. Previously, I could simply type a few letters and my frequent searches would pop up, but now I have to type the entire thing. Despite toggling private results and web and app activity on and off, the issue persists. The links below illustrate my problem but do not offer a working solution. I am hoping for a reset of my Google account to how it was on March 24, [redacted].

I signed up for the free trial of YouTube TV mainly to watch football games. Unfortunately, after realizing that Steelers games were not available in my area, I canceled on the same day. Surprisingly, nearly a year later, I discovered charges on my account totaling $[redacted].80 for December [redacted], January [redacted], February [redacted], and March [redacted]. I attempted to update the card information to avoid these charges but somehow it reverted back to my original card. Dealing with unauthorized charges has been exhausting, especially since I've had issues with my Hulu and Netflix accounts being hacked before. Despite my efforts to seek a refund and remove my card or close my account, I have been unsuccessful. Receiving assistance from YouTube TV has been challenging as I cannot reach anyone by phone or through chat. I am in need of help with this situation.

I contacted the Guntersville, AL store regarding the item I needed, and was informed by a lady at the service desk that it was in the paint department. After searching for ten minutes and finding the paint department busy, the service desk paged for assistance. Despite waiting for someone to help, the person meant to assist was unable to. After some more waiting, another customer and I tried to locate the item ourselves without success. Eventually, a lady named Marry attempted to assist but after 30 minutes of searching with her, the item was still not found. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service and inefficiency of the employees. My request for alien tape remains unfulfilled.

I have been trying for two hours to reset my password for my Google account. I still receive emails on the account, so I know it's active. I want to set up a profile on a Chromebook but cannot do this without my password. I started this process at 8:00 am CST and now it's 10:18 am CST, repeatedly getting the message "Sorry we could not verify" when entering the last password I remember. This process has been extremely frustrating, and I feel stuck dealing with this unmerciful machine. Can a human assist me with this issue?

I believe my Google account was hacked on Friday, which resulted in the exposure of [redacted] passwords, including those for my bank accounts. Subsequently, my PayPal password was changed, I lost access to my Gmail, my phone was infected with a virus allegedly from Boost, and I had to purchase a new phone. Due to all my mobile banking apps being compromised, my refund had to be resent via check to the IRS. I no longer trust Google after this incident, as I closed that account a year ago. Even my social security number was compromised, as I recently received a letter about being denied a credit card due to my credit score. I urgently need my Gmail account ([redacted]) deactivated to prevent further damage. I am willing to provide my ID for verification purposes via a secure email address. This is the third time my information has been impacted by a security breach, and I demand that all my data be deactivated, deleted, and removed from Google's servers to avoid further harm. I have forgotten the password to my Gmail account. I was attempting to log in to update the phone number associated with the account but couldn't due to the password issue. I no longer have access to the number linked to the account. I tried to recover my account, but the verification code was sent to the unreachable number. I am seeking assistance in either recovering the account or deleting it as I am unable to change the password without recalling it. I fear unusual activity might arise in the account if not resolved soon.

My daughter bought a $50 Google Play gift card at a CVS store in Noblesville, Indiana. Unfortunately, when she tried to use it, the card was not working. CVS refused to exchange it. They advised me to call the number on the back, which turned out to be unhelpful. I then reached out for email support. After providing the receipt and card details, there were issues with attachments and further requests for information. Despite complying, Google now claims there are inconsistencies in my account and refuses to honor the gift card. It's frustrating dealing with a big company like Google over a simple $50 matter. I believe my account security has been compromised. Despite inputting correct information, I am unable to access my email account. I suspect my account has been breached by hackers involved in a cyber intrusion related to the CIA. The incorrect birthdate associated with my account, mistakenly provided through Samsung, has further complicated the situation. I have followed the guidelines provided by AdChoice to rectify this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from the support team. My attempts to communicate with them have been futile, and the lack of responses has allowed the hackers to gain control over my privacy. I suspect Microsoft and the App Store might also be compromised, and these hackers seem to be infiltrating various platforms. It appears they have infiltrated Chrome and Microsoft Edge as well. This situation has not only affected me but may potentially impact others as well.

I need to file a complaint about the Google Assistant on my phone. I am struggling to use it and it's causing me a lot of stress. I have disabilities, physically and mentally, and I find the Assistant unhelpful. I'm trying to access the IRS website to check on my payment and do my taxes, but the Assistant is not guiding me properly. It's frustrating me even more and I feel punished by the lack of assistance. I am the owner and creator of the Gmail addresses [redacted] and [redacted] These accounts were hacked on December 12, [redacted]. Gmail recovery keeps sending security codes to those emails. It seems that there is a recurring issue with Google Maps directing deliveries and visitors to the wrong address. Whenever packages are ordered, they are consistently being sent to the incorrect location. I have an old email address that I haven't used in years because I've forgotten the password. Originally set up as a throwaway email ([redacted]) for signing up to avoid spam, I also stored some early fiction writing in this account. Unfortunately, due to not capturing the password and relying on staying logged in, I now find myself locked out. At the time of its creation, I didn't have a phone for two-step verification or another email for recovery purposes. Despite numerous attempts at recovery, I've been unsuccessful as Google is unable to verify my identity. I fell victim to an online scam on Gmail. The scammer pretended to be from Cash App, using the email address [redacted] When I reached out to Cash App due to payment issues, they confirmed they have no such record or use Gmail. Unfortunately, I lost my laptop and $95 for shipping to this scam. The scammers had a lengthy email exchange asking for more money to receive my supposed payment. This was part of a Marketplace sale with a fraudulent buyer posing as legitimate, leading to this scam.
