I recently lost my cell phone which contained important data that I can't access because I'm locked out of my Gmail account. Unfortunately, I forgot the password to both my Gmail and recovery email. The recovery options are not working because my old phone number, linked to my Gmail, is no longer accessible, preventing me from receiving the password reset text on my new phone. My old Gmail is [redacted], and old phone number is [redacted]. I now use [redacted]. I urgently need to update my recovery phone number to my new one to reset my Gmail password. I've created a new Gmail account but must access the old one for vital information. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran relying on my Gmail for important data. Your help in restoring access to my account is crucial. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Gregory Washington [redacted]

I have always had three registered devices on my account. Today at 8 am EST, when asked to re-login to my Chrome/Gmail email account, I was denied access. Google claimed there were no registered devices associated with my account, even though there should be three. I want to reach Tech Support as I suspect fraudulent activity by a former business partner to whom I paid over $[redacted] upfront. Despite asking Customer Service twice to remove all access, it hasn't been done. I need to speak with a representative to resolve this issue and ensure my three valid devices are active on my Google account. Please contact me at [redacted] as I am currently unable to access my Gmail account. Thank you, James Jellerson.

On June 13th, I received an email in my spam folder that claimed to be from Google, stating that there was an attempt to access my account from the USA which was blocked. The email asked me to confirm if it was me or not, but I refrained from clicking on anything as it seemed suspicious. I went directly to my Google account, changed my password, and saw no signs of security breaches or unauthorized access. Being a disabled pensioner, I struggle with these technical issues. On June 15th, I received a similar email in my spam folder alleging another failed attempt to access my account. Despite this, my account showed no signs of compromise. I am unable to reach out to Google for clarification, which has left me feeling anxious and confused. The absence of security alerts on my account leads me to believe these emails are fraudulent.

As of June 14, [redacted], I am locked out of my email account. I reset my password on the same day but it seems there may be a mistake in the new password as I got locked out when trying to enter it. The last password change before this was on May 29, [redacted]. This email is crucial for my work and Lifelock alerts, and I have been using it for over a decade. I am uncertain about the exact creation date due to its long history with me. I have provided my cell phone and an alternate email for contact. Following my failed attempts to reset the password, I submitted a help request on June 14, [redacted], but have now been informed that my identity couldn't be verified as per an email received at 12:51 am on June 16, [redacted]. I am willing to offer any necessary information for verification. Kindly assist me in regaining access to my account as it holds significant importance for me.

I have reported a significant issue multiple times, and despite my efforts, my phones and all my accounts, including six Google accounts, have been hacked. For the past nine months, this individual has persistently harassed me and invaded my privacy. They are well-versed in computers, software, and intercepting emails, possibly even creating apps. They have recorded all my calls, monitored me through audio and video 24/7, and deleted precious photos of my children and grandchildren taken during special occasions like Christmas and birthdays. Moreover, they have taken the cruel step of deleting most of my contacts and manipulating my contact list. This malicious activity has taken a toll on my well-being. I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my government-issued debit card. I suspect the perpetrator may have a connection to Google. I am desperate to return to a time before this hacker disrupted my life with stress and trauma. Any assistance in identifying and stopping this individual would be immensely appreciated. Thank you, Laura KillianGonzales. [redacted].

When I encountered an issue with LastPass, I received a response stating that many users faced similar problems with the program. I now realize that the only way to resolve my issues is through LastPass directly, as neither LastPass nor the support provided are able to offer phone assistance or guidance on removing protected passwords from my personal URL sites. Due to my age and limited computer skills at 88, I decided to cancel LastPass, but I forgot to empty my "vault" of personal account "sites" with password protection. As a result, the LP dots in the password boxes remain unchanged and can't be modified, including the username box, to avoid any unauthorized activity. Fortunately, I can still safely access my bill payment and investment sites using the existing LastPass passwords with 2-factor recognition. I won't be accepting any more "free" offers from LastPass or you since there's no phone support available, and I lack confidence in resolving issues independently.

I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my longstanding email account which contains irreplaceable photos of my children and important contact information. Every time I attempt to recover the account, I am asked for an alternate email address for verification. Despite providing the requested information, I am unable to pass the verification process. The email address in question is [redacted] I suspect it has been compromised due to a phone hack. I am extremely distressed as the physical copies of these precious photos were lost in a fire. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning, My name is Robert Horn. I have noticed unfamiliar charges on my bank account, including $39.99, $6.99, and $4.99 among others, totaling several amounts. I have only purchased two payable apps, "My Talking Pet" and "Photo Lab," while my daughter has made a few "One Time" purchases. I would like to immediately stop these recurring charges. When trying to remove my card from the account, I am prompted to add another card, which I do not want to do, especially with my debit card. I am seeking a refund for these charges. Despite my attempts, contacting Google has been unsuccessful, leaving me unable to resolve this financial issue directly. Thank you.

My YouTube channel was closed down due to alleged fraudulent activity. I provided my correct personal details, but the account remains deactivated without a clear explanation. I have reached out via email and followed the necessary steps, but I am still uncertain about the cause of this issue. My channel is not monetized, and I do not generate any income from it. I am perplexed about what might have gone wrong. I strive to create content that is well-received by my subscribers, and there is no harmful or spam content on my channel. I kindly request a comprehensive explanation to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance; I eagerly await your response.

I traveled in Thailand and obtained a new sim card from TRUE. During my 2-month stay, I linked my Thai number to my 2 Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that TRUE only operates in Thailand and does not offer roaming services outside the country. Now, I cannot access my Gmail accounts as I forgot the passwords and cannot verify my identity via my phone with the Thai sim card no longer working outside Thailand. Google's support line is unresponsive, directing me to the account recovery page which is not helpful in this situation. Despite emailing my new address to Google, I have not received any response. Google's automated messages about caring for account security feel frustrating when my access is restricted.

I recently had my phone stolen and replaced it with a Samsung Note 9. I need help retrieving my data from the Cloud as I forgot the password for my Google account linked to my previous phone, a Samsung Note 8. I have a few email accounts but am uncertain which one is associated with my Google account. I remember the passwords for two accounts but not for [redacted], which I suspect might be linked to my Google account. I tried contacting the person with my old phone number but she did not assist me. If [redacted] is the correct email, I need help resetting the password; if not, I would appreciate knowing which email is connected to my Google account. My phone was stolen two weeks ago, and I'm trying to recover my lost data.

I lost my phone linked to my Gmail account. I'm trying to access my Google Photos on my new phone but can't verify my identity. The system prompts me to verify with a phone number that I changed in February [redacted]. I've entered my email, recovery email, and account creation date, but it's not sufficient verification. I have evidence of the phone number change and purchase of my new phone. I'm really worried as I have [redacted] photos on the app that I don't want to lose.

I'm experiencing difficulties logging into my Gmail account through my computer, although I can do so on my phone. Upon attempting to access my email, the page only shows basic HTML, and an error message in the console reads: "The service worker navigation preload request was cancelled before 'preloadResponse' settled. If you intend to use 'preloadResponse', use waitUntil() or respondWith() to wait for the promise to settle." I am unable to access the standard login screen or logout from my accounts. These login issues extend to both my Gmail addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] Additionally, I am encountering similar problems attempting to log into various social media accounts that are linked to this email address. It's important to note that this problem seems to be isolated to my desktop, as I can still access my emails from my phone. I will be looking out for a response via email on my phone to address this matter.

I am experiencing issues with using talk-to-text to write restaurant reviews. The feature freezes, making it impossible to submit the reviews in that method. Additionally, I have noticed that some of my most frequently used email addresses have disappeared from my email account. Although the predictive text bar still recognizes the email addresses, they do not appear within my email page when composing new emails. It seems this could be a Google-related problem rather than an issue with my phone or anyone else involved.

In June [redacted], I searched on Google for tickets to the Lion King musical in Hong Kong. The top results led me to Viagogo.com instead of the official website, HK Ticketing. I purchased four tickets for HK$1,[redacted] from Viagogo, but received tickets valued at HK$1,[redacted]. When I reached out to Viagogo about this discrepancy, they cited the fine print on their website, claiming I had agreed to accept any tickets offered without needing additional consent. I intend to escalate this issue to the Office of Fair Trading in London and Geneva, where Viagogo is registered. I urge Google to reconsider promoting Viagogo in search results to protect its reputation and prevent more customers from experiencing similar frustrations. Thank you for your attention.

I made a hotel reservation via Google as a GoogleOne member after seeing a deal on Lastminutetravel.com. However, the confirmation email came from a different vendor, Tourico Holidays. Despite booking through Lastminutetravel.com, my reservation doesn't appear on their site. I've been attempting to reach out to Tourico Holidays for a refund and to cancel the booking, but the contact number provided in the email is not valid. I am unsure if contacting Lastminutetravel will be of any help as they do not have record of my reservation. This situation is incredibly frustrating and appears misleading.

An unauthorized purchase was made through Google via PayPal on June 12. I was unaware of it until receiving a receipt on June 15. After contacting PayPal, an investigation was conducted. I canceled the purchase and was informed about the charge. There were insufficient funds in both PayPal and my bank, resulting in an overdraft fee. I suspect my 8-year-old granddaughter accidentally made the purchase. I made a refund request on June 12 during a free trial which led to charges on June 15. Attempts to reach Google for updates on the refund have been unsuccessful. The claim number is #0[redacted]-[redacted]. I received email confirmation of the canceled order at [redacted] on June 16. I now seek confirmation from Google regarding the status of the claim for the June 15 purchase.
