Hello Google team, I am reaching out because I have been experiencing an issue with the Google app on my Apple iPhone 7 Plus. Recently, the voice function in the app has stopped working. Even after visiting two Optus stores to check my settings, the problem still persists. Previously, when I touched the speaker icon on the Google app, it would provide verbal responses to my queries. For example, it would tell me the time in a specific location like Canada or provide details on distances between places like Nelson Bay and Sydney. Now, it only displays written information, which is not practical for me as I rely on voice assistance for work and travel purposes. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter promptly as I heavily depend on the voice feature for navigation during my travels. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Cherie

On Sunday, 7/22, I encountered two individuals who claimed to be from Microsoft. They informed me that my computer was being hacked and lacked proper virus protection and a firewall. They proposed purchasing an IP Protector and Firewall for $[redacted], payable via a Google card. After providing the card details, the transaction failed. They then asked for five cards at $[redacted] each. I refused until refunded. The initial card now sits with $[redacted], useless. How can I verify the money on the card and retrieve it? Walgreens where I bought it doesn't offer refunds. I'm financially constrained, unable to afford $[redacted] stuck in a card. I have their names, numbers, and tech ID. I received an email from "Google Team" on [redacted] promising a refund in 24-48 hours. Unsure of its authenticity. Assistance, please.

I have encountered issues with mega hit poker game after purchasing almost [redacted],[redacted],[redacted] chips. The game consistently deals me poor hands with no winning opportunities for over two weeks. This seems like a programmed algorithmic problem intended to make players lose chips. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Despite purchasing chips multiple times, the game continues to prevent me from winning any hands, whether in tournaments or regular poker tables. I have documented these occurrences with screenshots to validate my claims.

Hello, my name is Barbara Long. I am reaching out about an email I received regarding my system being hacked by another IP address. I only have one device, the phone I am currently using, and the IP address provided is not mine. I am concerned about this situation and would appreciate guidance on how to resolve it. Additionally, I have information about a person named Robin Collins, whose email is linked to my Facebook and PayPal accounts, connected to my Direct Express from Social Security. I suspect this may be identity theft and I am unsure of what steps to take next. Please contact me promptly to assist with addressing this issue. Thank you.

This morning at 5AM, I received an email from [redacted] regarding a "Job Offer/interview schedule !!!" The email was strangely copied to a non-professional Yahoo account ([redacted]). The interview took place on Google Hangouts, where I was offered a job within five minutes. The person asked for personal information like my full name, address, state, city, zip code, sex, and phone number to create an employee profile and employment letter. This raised a major red flag for me. I reported both emails as phishing. I'd like to connect with someone to ensure the safety of my information and account.

I am having trouble accessing my email on my laptop, although I can view it on my phone and iPad. I am uncertain about the password for the account and can't recall when I first created it, possibly around 20 years ago. I used to have an rr.com account, but it doesn't seem to be operational after the company was acquired. While my email is accessible on my phone, I'm struggling to connect on my computer. I'm considering changing my email to a new account I tried to set up as "[redacted]" or merging the email from my existing "[redacted]" account to this new one while retaining the ability to use the old account. When attempting to make the change, I got stuck at the point where it asked for the password for the "Jpelsor" account and I cannot remember it. If possible, please send me a restart code for the original account so I can reset it. I would greatly appreciate your assistance as I am finding this situation quite frustrating and confusing.

My Google account [redacted] has been compromised. A Motorola Moto phone was wrongly linked to my account, and my password was changed using this phone and phone number. Despite trying to regain access by answering security questions, I have been unsuccessful for 2 days. Google informed me that they are verifying my account ownership but I haven't received an update yet. The correct phone associated with my account is a Galaxy S5 with the number [redacted]. Please remove any unauthorized phones and numbers linked to my email to ensure there are no fraudulent activities connected to my recovery email [redacted] Thank you, Mrs. D-T

After my daughter helped me switch from Yahoo to Gmail, using her phone and email as backup, she tragically passed away. I recently purchased a new laptop, but I couldn't verify my account due to not having access to her phone or laptop. When I contacted Google, they tried to create a new account and asked for sensitive information which made me uncomfortable. The Geek Squad informed me that they couldn't delete the new account created, [redacted], but advised against using it. I am desperate to regain access to my original Gmail account [redacted], which holds precious memories of my daughter. I previously tried using a friend's email for verification but it didn't work. I fear losing all the information stored in my Gmail account. Please, can anyone help me resolve this? My contact number is [redacted].

I am struggling to access three email accounts I created a while back: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I have tried several passwords I remember, but I no longer have access to the phone linked to these accounts. I also used these emails for Google products, YouTube, Facebook, Yahoo, and more. It's crucial for me to regain access, especially because they are linked to services like Google Pay, PayPal, and Play Store purchases using two Visa cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted]. I'm disappointed with the lack of assistance from Google customer support and online help. This experience is making me reconsider continuing to use Google for my upcoming business venture. Sincerely, QC.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account that was previously synced with my phone and all my applications, including my email at [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email address because I forgot the password. I used to rely on my phone to automatically log in for me, but now that I need to enter the password, I cannot remember it. When I try to log in, it prompts me to verify that the account is mine because it detects a "new" device. In reality, the phone is the same, but since I was in prison for a year and a half and had to get a new SIM card and number, it seems like a new device to Google. I need help resolving this issue to regain access to my account.

I discovered that my ex changed my password in October, and they cannot remember it anymore. The recovery email linked to the account is not mine, and the phone number associated with recovery is outdated. I have been using the same Google Drive for years and fear losing all my data. I am desperate to regain access to my account. I considered reactivating my old phone number through my previous mobile provider to receive the verification code but wanted to seek assistance first.

I signed up for a Google email account with my full name, then deleted it. Now I want to create a new account with the same username, but Google says it's taken. I've tried the recovery steps but had trouble remembering my security question. I also don't recall the exact opening date, but it was within the past few years. I'm certain I'm the only person with this name. Google keeps suggesting I swap my first and last name for a new account, which I don't want. Can someone assist me in reclaiming this email address?

1) I am currently experiencing an issue with my Gmail accounts where I am unable to compose emails. 2) I recently changed the name/tagline on one of my accounts two days ago to try something out, and now I am unable to revert it back or make further changes. 3) It seems that my phone number was not updated for recovery purposes a few months or weeks ago, which is causing problems with accessing my account. Gmail is trying to send a text to an old, unrecoverable phone number, making it challenging to update my information or change my password when needed. 4) I am having difficulty locating an email account that I previously created to add to my phone's list, resulting in me being unable to access emails in that account. 5) I have noticed that it is challenging to find support for these matters quickly, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance available. 6) As a stockholder, I am disappointed by the recurring issues with Gmail and the difficulties in finding prompt resolutions without a direct point of contact.

I recently received a call from two individuals claiming to be Google employees based in Google HQ in Houston. They alleged that my Gmail account had been engaged in illegal activities for the past two weeks, with logins from various states and sending emails internationally. Despite my infrequent use of the email, they inquired about my activity and mentioned unfamiliar names. Upon realizing the unreliability of their call, they dialed back from a number displaying as from Texas (1-[redacted]). When I sought verification, the perpetrators turned hostile, threatening legal consequences and resorting to abusive language, including suggesting self-harm. They persistently called back to intimidate me, leaving me unsettled as they possessed personal details like my name, contact number, and email address.

I am unsure how this occurred, but there is a charge of $60.00 on my bank statement from Chao liug.co.. I have no knowledge of this transaction and am concerned. I may have inadvertently disclosed my card information, so I have taken steps to prevent further unauthorized charges. I cannot afford for this to reoccur and am distressed that I cannot reach anyone for assistance. The inability to speak to a customer service representative over the phone is frustrating. I am desperate for resolution as I feel like a victim of theft. Please, I need help urgently.

My husband misplaced his phone, and I used Google's Find My Device location services to track it. Despite trying the ring and locate features unsuccessfully because his phone only connects through WiFi, I attempted to lock it using the Find My Device app. However, the app became unresponsive during the process before we could set a password or display a screen message to lock the device. The next day, when my husband found the phone, it was unexpectedly asking for a PIN unlock code, which we never set up before. We have tried all possible passwords without success. Even restarting the phone by removing the battery and turning it back on didn't help. The only option left seems to be erasing the phone through the same app that locked it, but we fear losing all the data. I've seen other users facing similar issues online. If anyone has advice on unlocking the phone, please reach out. Email for device: [redacted], Recovery Email: [redacted] Contact number: [redacted].

Today, I received a security alert notification from Google regarding an account associated with my personal email, which I did not create. Upon resetting the password, I discovered recent activity from an Apple iPad, a device I do not own. Additionally, there were YouTube videos accessed or saved that I did not watch on July 21, [redacted]. I am concerned about how my email was used to set up this unauthorized Google account. I kindly request to block my email from being used for any future Google account registrations.
