Hello, I am seeking assistance on how to contact someone as I am currently facing a problem. Recently, I was pickpocketed, and my cellphone was stolen. I am interested in purchasing a pixel 6a; however, I reside in Israel where there is no Google store available. I have a friend visiting from Toronto, and I would like to order the cellphone to their address. My question is, can I use my card to pay for the order but have it shipped to his address? Google's policy states that you can only order from the country in which the cellphone is purchased. When I attempt to contact the Google store, I only see options to place an order or view Q&As. Unfortunately, I am unable to use WhatsApp due to the loss of my cellphone. Could you please provide me with Google's email for assistance, or if you are able to aid me, I would be extremely grateful. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial to have a Google store in Israel, as there are many potential customers. It seems peculiar that a tech-savvy nation like Israel is without a Google store. Thank you.

I accidentally purchased a Google Play card from Amazon that was meant for video games. Upon realizing this, I immediately contacted Amazon and was instructed to reach out to you. Hello, I failed to upload funds to my Google Play account on time causing a potential cancellation. I added money this evening. The issue is I only have one payment method and am unsure how to reactivate it. I currently have no funds in both my Paypal and paysafecard accounts. I am encountering an issue when trying to access my Google Play subscriptions. Whenever I select the Subscriptions option under Subscriptions and Payments, a server error message DF-DFERH-01 appears. This prevents me from updating, renewing, or canceling any subscriptions. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as restarting the phone, clearing cache and data in Google Play and Google Play Services, ensuring Google Services Framework is enabled, uninstalling updates in Google Play, and removing and re-adding my Google account. However, the error persists despite these efforts. I urgently need to cancel 2 subscriptions to prevent charges on my card. Any assistance in resolving this DF-DFERH-01 error would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the Flo app subscription on July 19, [redacted], which was a free trial. I canceled the subscription on August 13, [redacted]. However, on August 18, [redacted], money was deducted from my account without authorization. I contacted the Flo app, and they confirmed they did not receive the payment. This issue has occurred twice now, where Google Play deducted Rs. 20 the first time, and now Rs. [redacted]. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and the refund process initiated promptly.

I need assistance with setting up Family Sharing to monitor my daughter's Samsung Galaxy S3 SM-T820 tablet. I have an iPhone 13 Max Pro, and my partner, the second parent in Family Sharing, uses a Samsung phone. We have installed the Google Family Sharing app on all devices. While we can view our daughter's tablet on our phones and set usage restrictions, I am unable to link a payment method to the Family Sharing account. Whenever I attempt to do so on my Apple MacBook Pro, I receive a "Country not supported" message, despite using UK Google accounts and VPN to connect to the UK. My friend in the UK also tried but faced the same issue. We are puzzled as we are using UK Google accounts, can see the device, and have UK credit cards added to Google Play. Yet, we cannot add them to Family Sharing. Any guidance would be appreciated. Francois

I am looking to transfer games from my old tablet to my new one. Unfortunately, the old tablet is broken, making the standard transfer method impossible. Despite seeking assistance from UBreakIfix, I have had no success. To retrieve the games, I believe logging into Google Play on the new tablet might work. However, the account belonged to my deceased spouse, and I am unsure of the login password. I have played these games for 4 to 5 years, making purchases through my checking account. I would appreciate guidance on accessing the Google Play account, perhaps by resetting the password, and then proceeding to download the games. I can provide the specific game ID numbers if necessary. I have attempted various passwords from my spouse's list with no luck.

After letting my little cousin play with my phone, she unintentionally made a purchase using my saved password. I reached out to the game developers for a refund since the purchase was made without my consent. Hello, I visited the Google Play Store on August 18th to install the Recycle the Recent Data app. I clicked on a free trial offer for a premium subscription, but the developers deducted Rs. I need assistance with an issue where someone has set up an account using one of my email addresses, starting with [redacted] and then possibly using [redacted] This individual seems to have complete access to my phone, with admin management and various unfamiliar settings being changed. I bought a $15 Google Play gift card from a local Walmart. When trying to redeem it on Google Play, I entered the correct code but was unable to redeem it. Google requested additional information. I filled out their form and sent pictures of the gift card front and back as well as the receipt to prove my purchase. Google replied via email saying my case is ineligible for appeal. I am confused by this response, but it seems like Google has closed my complaint without resolving the issue, leaving me out of $15.

I am requesting assistance in canceling my subscription to Spam Shield Blocker. I received an email at my email account, [redacted], stating that my free trial will end tomorrow and I will be charged £5.99 per month unless cancelled. I cannot find the Google Play order receipt. I suspect it was ordered through [redacted] since that is where I received the email about the trial ending on 24/10/[redacted]. The charge of £5.99 a month will begin from 24/10/[redacted] if not canceled.
