Countdown for "Estimated time until we call you with a rep on the line" has been stuck at * minutes for half an hour. This means I can't go do other things, because I need to be at my computer to see my account information with the vendor when I get that callback. Hanging around my computer waiting for a callback via GetHuman is not much better than waiting on hold with the vendor! Why is it stuck at * minutes? If it was sitting at two hours at least I could go do something else for awhile. How can I get a more accurate time estimate?
