I have a shipment on the way, but I don't recognize the order. It's unusual because it was addressed using my first, middle, and last name. I never make orders in that manner and never include my middle name. The tracking number is [redacted]31. The package is from a location in Illinois that seems unfamiliar to me, but given how orders are handled these days, it may not be significant. The inclusion of my middle name is what concerns me the most. I'm worried that if someone used my identity to place this order, they might try to have the package redirected. I'm not sure if FedEx allows for that, but I know UPS does. Can someone please call me to discuss this matter further? Thank you.

I am consistently experiencing delays with my FedEx deliveries, unlike with UPS. Each time I track my FedEx packages, I notice a pattern of being on the vehicle for delivery, then encountering operational delays, only to have the status changed to "arriving late," resulting in multi-day delays. It is frustrating to witness this recurring issue. I am baffled by the stark contrast in service between UPS and FedEx, leading me to ponder why this is the case. My most recent tracking number is also reflecting the same delay pattern.

I've been waiting for my package for 2 days now. When I check the tracking, it says they tried to deliver it. How will I know when they are coming if they don't call me first? I can't wait at the door all day without knowing an exact time. The tracking always says it's "on the way," so I'm unsure when to expect it. It would be helpful if they could give me a call or send a text when they are at my door so I can sign for it.

Yesterday, FedEx delivered a standard overnight envelope to my house. Upon opening it, I found a sizable check inside meant for someone else. My address was written at the top of the envelope as well, which likely caused the mix-up. I need help getting this check to its rightful recipient. How can I resolve this issue?

As a small business owner with a Fedex account, I have dedicated around 3 1/2 hours on calls starting from 10/23 to 10/26 at 6:30 PM PST, attempting to arrange a daily ground pick up at our warehouse. Despite my efforts, I am uncertain if the pick up has been successfully scheduled. This has been an incredibly frustrating customer service ordeal for me. I require confirmation of the scheduled pick up and request a waiver of the weekly pick up fee for two months. I am seeking to express my dissatisfaction with this experience.

I need assistance regarding a delivery issue. My package, with tracking number [redacted]88, was delivered to the wrong address. Despite trying to reach out via phone, I have been unable to connect with a representative due to a system error regarding my street number. The correct address for delivery should be [redacted] Veneto Circle, Leander, TX [redacted]. The seller confirmed sending it to the accurate address. I have a photo showing the delivery was made to a different front door than mine. Could you kindly investigate where the package was actually sent and determine if there was an error on your end or if it was misaddressed by the sender? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

As the property owner of 35 Market Street in Poughkeepsie, NY [redacted], I acquired the property in November [redacted]. There is a FedEx drop box located on the premises that I believe FedEx rents. However, I have not received any payments or communication regarding the rent. I am seeking guidance on how to establish the payment process, whether I should submit invoices, if there is an option for auto-pay, and what the rental amount is. Thank you.

When the carrier delivered my package, I observed him tossing it onto my concrete porch from a distance of 5 to 6 feet before walking away. The item inside is sensitive and could have been damaged as a result of this mishandling. I have a recording of the delivery and the driver's behavior as evidence. I am struggling to choose a different pickup location for my FedEx package on their website. I want to use a FedEx Ship Center near my workplace, but I am limited to locations near my residence only. Additionally, I had immense difficulty getting through to a live customer service representative. The automated system was frustrating to navigate, leaving me feeling inclined to switch back to UPS for more efficient service.

FedEx, I shipped a package to a Walgreen's in Bella Vista, AR, to pick it up before leaving town. Despite being notified of its delivery, it wasn't there when I arrived. After a frustrating automated call, I learned FedEx mistakenly sent the arrival notification but promised the package was en route on December 18th. Although assured of its delivery that evening, it never arrived. Despite receiving multiple texts claiming its arrival, it was not at the location. Realizing the package was indeed delivered to Walgreen's at 3:11 PM, confirmed by the staff, the problem remains as I am now [redacted] miles away without my package. It appears a FedEx driver may have taken the package, as it was at the designated location for me to collect. To resolve this issue, a FedEx driver must retrieve the package and send it overnight to me by tomorrow morning. Failure to do so will result in a report of mail theft. The return of the package does not negate the theft incident, which must be rectified before December 24th. FedEx must take responsibility for this situation promptly.
