I am a ** year young (**) woman, recovering from recent hip replacement surgery. I live on the *nd floor level of a two story condo building and without exception, the last * or * package deliveries from FedEx have not been brought up to my front door. I now dread having to order online from any website that uses FedEx. This situation has been ongoing since the summer......I have lived in my condo for ** years and have never had a problem with FedEx deliveries prior to this new development. Must say that UPS always brings my packages right to my door!! A really bad delivery employee left a small *x* foot entry way rug out on the sidewalk of my building.....the item wasn’t even carried into the entry way to the condo units on the *st level****** Luckily a neighbor noticed the item and carried it up to my apartment for me. I don’t know who would be the appropriate area superivisor to contact with regard to my complaint.......perhaps you can help me! I would appreciate any feedback that can be given.
