I placed an 8 x11 sign on my porch requesting the delivery driver from Chewy.com, who delivers every 8 weeks, to leave the heavy box by the driveway gate. Sadly, the driver left the box on top of the sign instead. Despite trying to get his attention, he walked away, potentially due to earbuds in his ears. This has been an ongoing issue. Contacting the Cerritos delivery hub has been unhelpful. I attempted to manage deliveries through the website but encountered difficulties reaching the necessary screens. Additionally, I was locked out after entering a code sent via mail. This experience is frustrating as I rely on home deliveries due to severe back problems. It's challenging for me to lift the box, especially when I need to carry the canned food inside individually from the front porch to the back garage.

I am reaching out regarding ongoing issues with a FedEx delivery driver in Exton, PA. The driver has been consistently leaving packages on my driveway instead of my porch, even in bad weather, despite my requests. This has caused damage to items like a leather chair, bedding, and an air fryer. I have documented these incidents with photos and believe the driver's behavior is unacceptable. I have a 50lb package from Chewy arriving soon, which I cannot lift due to recent heart surgery. The driver has expressed reluctance in delivering heavy packages, causing me inconvenience. I am seeking assistance in ensuring future deliveries are left on my porch to avoid further issues. Account number 1[redacted]-5 and tracking number 8[redacted] [redacted] were used for a shipment requesting a "Direct Signature." Despite this, the package was not signed for upon delivery, causing inconvenience. It took longer than expected to reach the recipient due to a hurricane. Your sender's copy indicates the clear instructions. It is disappointing that a refund is needed for the mishandled delivery so that a replacement package can be sent promptly.

I sent two packages via FedEx on September 4th. One was delivered to the University of Houston - Clear Lake, USA, and I received confirmation of delivery. However, I am still waiting on an update for the package being sent to Northwest Missouri State University. There have been no tracking updates since September 4th.

My package has not arrived, and I am disappointed with the service from FedEx. The promised 10:30 delivery did not occur, and after requesting an update at 11:00 AM today, I have yet to receive information about when my package will be delivered, despite understanding the storm delay yesterday. It has been over 4 hours waiting for a response from the driver regarding an estimated delivery time. This lack of communication is unacceptable. FedEx is known for its timely deliveries and clear responses to issues like storm delays. However, the current situation leaves me questioning their reliability compared to USPS or UPS. If FedEx does not improve their customer service, I may have to seek alternative shipping providers in the future.

I encountered an issue with a FedEx shipment that has been causing me a lot of frustration. I arranged for a package to be shipped from Wyoming to New Jersey. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the address provided, and the package ended up in Olive Branch, MS, US. It has been 20 days, and I haven't been able to get a resolution despite multiple attempts to contact FedEx. I have not received my package with tracking number [redacted]39. I have reached out to your team and filed a complaint. The eBay seller mentioned that you are investigating the issue, but the wait time of 30 days is unreasonable. This is not acceptable from a customer service perspective. I request that you refund the seller promptly. I urge you to send a driver to the location where the package was supposedly delivered. We have security cameras that show no one stopped at that time. Please send a representative to investigate the matter at my address. I insist on a quicker resolution than waiting for 30 days. I need assistance with redirecting a package. Despite contacting six FedEx representatives, they all insist on shipper authorization for the address change. I previously received a delivery successfully at my current location, proving it is valid. Despite offering payment for the reroute, the issue is continuously deferred to shipper authorization. The process should involve rerouting the package upon payment, confirming past deliveries at the updated address, and providing proof of ID upon delivery. The lack of customer service resolution at FedEx is frustrating.

Dear Team, I am writing regarding Tracking Number: [redacted]05. I opted for the most expensive air express shipping for this package on August 30th for $[redacted], with an anticipated delivery date of September 4th. Despite generally relying on FedEx for local and international shipments, I was deeply disappointed by the service I received for this particular shipment from Germany to New York. After numerous delays and the package arriving on September 10th, far later than expected, I had to make alternate arrangements for my parcel to reach India. I sought help from friends to follow up with FedEx Germany as there were no updates provided. I am disappointed with FedEx in Greece. They are asking for an excessive amount of money to clear my parcel from customs. I purchased a swimsuit for $33, and the Orbit courier agent, a part of FedEx in Greece, is demanding $[redacted]. They claim $12 is for duty tax, and the remaining $[redacted] is for Orbit. When I contacted FedEx, they refused to provide the invoice for me to handle the clearance independently, insisting I pay them $40 first. I am appalled by this situation; it feels like theft. I encounter an issue whenever FedEx deliveries arrive. Despite having a prominent sign on my screen door requesting all packages to be placed behind it on my enclosed front porch for safety, FedEx consistently leaves my deliveries on the front step, disregarding the instructions. Others like UPS, USPS, and Amazon follow the directions without any issues. I believe FedEx drivers should be trained to adhere to delivery instructions to prevent theft and weather damage, instead of neglecting them due to laziness.

Fedex made attempts to deliver a birthday gift to my friend in Pawhuska, Oklahoma on October 2, [redacted]. Initially, it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, and later, an employee tried to drop it off at the Pawhuska Post Office due to the package being linked to a Post Office Box. Subsequently, I was notified that the item was left at a Fedex center but the specific location remains unknown to me. My name is C. Curtis at [redacted] Anacapa Street in Ventura, California. I ordered a [redacted]/70/14 tire from Jomah Trading in Florida. It was shipped via FedEx on July 27th and was supposed to be delivered by August 4th. The package was left on my porch, but I never received it. I checked with PayPal and it should have arrived. FedEx should require a signature for delivery of packages like my 20lb., 3x3 feet tire to prevent porch theft. Can you please explain why it is coming back from ZA to Dubai to ZA instead of transiting to Uzbekistan? Hello, I paid $60.00 to ensure a package would arrive today by 4:30 PM. However, according to tracking number 7[redacted]5, the package has not even been shipped. After contacting the vendor, Compucare Team at [redacted] East 92nd Street NY, NY [redacted], they claim FedEx never picked it up. I am frustrated and seeking advice on whether FedEx or the vendor should reimburse me. I had a prepaid company airbill and could have used other shipping options. I am curious to know if the delay was due to the vendor's actions or if FedEx had operational issues in NYC this past Saturday.

I want to share my recent delivery experience in the hopes that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Today at 2:36pm, my package arrived. The FedEx delivery driver's approach was quite aggressive - stomping up the steps and then forcefully slamming my package against the front door. The impact was so strong that it woke up my sleeping baby and startled me. As a result, the box was crushed and damaged in the corner. Luckily, the contents inside were not fragile, and although some items were exposed, they remained intact. I have photographic evidence of the incident to support my claim.

I am eagerly awaiting a delivery that was due two days ago. I have been consistently at home, vigilant and attentive, waiting for the truck. Despite them claiming a delivery attempt yesterday, three of us were outside during the supposed time, but nothing occurred. I urgently need my phone, as I am currently without one. After calling this morning, I was informed that delivery is attempted for today. If unsuccessful, the package will not be held, and I am unable to pick it up as it remains on the truck. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and request for the delivery to be completed today.
