I am currently assisting a nonprofit organization that recently conducted a $10K Challenge fundraising event. Many generous individuals have contributed donations through the provided links on our Facebook posts. However, we are facing challenges in accessing detailed information such as the donation amounts and donors' contact details like emails. Encountering this issue, I tried locating the Transaction Report, as mentioned in the Facebook Help section, but unfortunately, I could not find the Donation Settings menu leading to these reports. Consequently, I am uncertain if the nonprofit is correctly configured to receive online payments. This situation leaves me with questions regarding the status of the donations and whether we will receive the funds and donor information promptly. The nonprofit in question is the Mitzvah Circle Foundation, and the donation posts were published on September 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I've attempted to reset my password multiple times, but I keep getting flagged as a robot and I am not receiving any code via SMS or email, which are the initial setup accounts. This account is crucial for my business, and I really need to regain access. Despite trying everything in the last 24 hours, I am still unable to log in. The system won't accept my password, even though it's always been the same. The verification code isn't being sent, and it's accusing me of being a robot. This issue arose a couple of weeks ago, with comments on my posts getting blocked unexpectedly. I suspect I may have been hacked or locked out due to a recent phone update.

Dear Facebook, I am concerned about the recent removal of two of my posts due to alleged violations of hate speech policies. I was careful with my words, and although the subject matter was open for a meaningful debate, it was not vulgar. I believe in freedom of speech, even for opinions others may not agree with. I am troubled by the unilateral actions taken without a fair trial, especially when whistle-blowers seem to be given preference. This approach feels tyrannical and unethical, contradicting your stance against cyber-bullying and support for freedom of expression. Users should have the option to block or unfollow content they find offensive rather than misusing the "Report button." I have spoken to others who share similar concerns. While playing PUBG Mobile on my phone, I decided to record my gameplay using an app called Omlet Arcade. I set it to public view on Facebook so others could watch. During the game, a notification showing a 6-digit security code for Facebook popped up on my screen. Suddenly, my game crashed, and I realized someone had logged into my Facebook account. When I reopened PUBG Mobile, I found myself back at the lobby, confirming someone had accessed my account. It seems likely they used the security code from the live video to change my email, password, and phone number. I'm eager to regain control of my Facebook account as it's essential for me to access PUBG Mobile.

I've been experiencing an issue with my Facebook account for a week now. When I attempt to log back in, I receive a message indicating suspicious activity and a temporary lock on my account. The "continue" button is unresponsive on my computer, and on my iPhone, it takes multiple attempts to proceed. Despite answering security questions and changing the password, I get stuck at this stage. Eventually, the screen goes blank after numerous tries. This week, my company is set to launch Push Messenger Blast software, and we have signed contracts with Facebook for a marketing campaign. Hello, I recently encountered a disturbing situation that I wanted to share. I received a friend request from a random girl on Facebook, which led to chatting on Skype. During our conversation, she suddenly exposed herself on video call. I later discovered it was a fake account operated by a guy who attempted to extort money from me by threatening to share a manipulated video of me. After blocking him, he shared the video with some of my friends and posted it on my timeline. Hello, I have been receiving numerous notifications regarding attempts to access my account. On Friday, I modified my Facebook password, but I am currently unable to access my account on any of my devices to input the generated code requested by Facebook. I have not configured an Authenticator for my Facebook account. I attempted other methods suggested, such as submitting photos with specific digits, but encountered a technical issue stating the page was broken. Additionally, I tried the government ID verification option by uploading a photo of my driver's license, yet still faced the same broken page message. Since changing my password, none of my devices are logged into my Facebook account. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account as I have exhausted all other options.

I recently experienced a hack on Facebook. I followed the necessary steps to remove the hacker's access and changed my password. Everything seemed fine until a login prompt appeared. I mistakenly used what I thought was my new password but missed adding a few symbols. Despite following the steps, I keep getting stuck in a loop and remain locked out. Hello, my name is Amanda Lee Berry. Last night, I created a new Facebook account to transfer my personal photos before shutting down my old one due to harassment. I added only people I know personally to avoid the stalker. The fake name the stalker uses is Chris Davis. My old account is under the name Berry Amanda, and the new one is Amanda Lee. I've used a flower picture instead of my profile pic and set all photos to be seen only by friends. I want my account reactivated; I verified it using my cell number, but I want to keep that private. I need a fresh start without stalkers. This is unfair; I am using my first and middle name to hide from the person I mentioned earlier. Please restore my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently experienced a hacking incident where someone gained access to my account and is now using my information to scam my friends on Facebook. They've been falsely claiming that I won $[redacted],[redacted] and are seeking personal details like my address, phone number, and age in order to supposedly send me the money, offering the choice between cash or a check. This fraudulent group, posing as employees of a grant program, has been harassing me and contacting many of my acquaintances for money. After reporting this to the local sheriff, who has contacted authorities in Buna Park, California where these scammers are based, the situation persists. They've been reaching out to my relatives in various states, making the situation feel like fraud and extortion. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive assistance. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this to the FBI. It's crucial for Facebook to take a stand against these criminals, and I suggest investigating the phone number provided and holding these individuals accountable through legal action. My computer also fell victim to a virus this group deployed, resulting in a $[redacted] repair, a new account setup, and password change.

I recently made a purchase on a marketplace and used Facebook Square to pay the seller, Mya Smith, $[redacted] for paparazzi accessories. However, Mya Smith never sent the products, leaving me at a loss. She also tried to collect an additional $[redacted] but was stopped. This fraudulent activity has impacted several others too. As a person on a fixed income, every dollar is crucial to me. I urge Facebook to step in and assist in recovering my funds to prevent such scams from affecting loyal customers like me. Thank you.

I need to report that my Facebook account has been hacked. It was linked to the Gmail ID [redacted], but now it does not show the ID on Facebook. My Facebook name, Devitt Bhardwaj, has also been changed. I've submitted a complaint to Facebook from my email ID: [redacted], but haven't received a response. I still remember my last username and password. Please, do something to help me regain access to my account quickly. I have friends who can confirm that the account belongs to me. I recently got blocked from posting and commenting in groups without any explanation. The restriction is in place until 9/30/19 at 5:30pm. I am unsure why this happened as I believe my posts have been appropriate. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. I also reported a Facebook page named "hood rat hoffman" due to my father's ex-wife hacking the page and using it to harass him. I received a response stating that no action was taken. Shortly after, I faced the block from posting in groups. I feel frustrated as I was trying to address a serious matter. If these concerns are not addressed, I will seek assistance from higher authorities to resolve these issues.

I cannot access my account as it seems to be locked due to an identity verification process I do not understand. The system is asking me to select specific people I've interacted with recently or verify logins, but each time I try, it fails with the message "Sorry, we were unable to verify your identity at this time." I have tried this numerous times over the past 3 days without success. I no longer have a cell phone, relying solely on the registered email address for communication. Hello, my Facebook account has been disabled after a hacking attempt. Despite receiving a code to reset my password, stating it wasn't me, Facebook permanently disabled my account for violating their rules. Even though my posts are political, they contain no threats, violence, or sexual content. Instead of a temporary suspension, I received a permanent ban even after explaining the situation. Facebook only sends form letters dismissing my appeals. I am frustrated they won't accept my explanation. I appreciate any assistance with this issue as I look for a direct phone number to contact Facebook.

The new restrictions on expressing my opinions on Facebook go against our rights to free speech and free press. We were granted these rights by our country. If I can't share my views on my page, what is Facebook for? If someone disagrees with me, they can simply unfriend me instead of restricting my expression. Facebook is limiting my freedoms to express myself. Why should they dictate what I can say online? Other states can discuss legal marijuana, but because it's illegal in my state, my viewpoint is penalized. Why this new penalty? Facebook should allow both sides to express their opinions without censorship. Blocking or unfriending is an option if someone disagrees. Why should one complaint silence me? Most on my friend list agree with me. Facebook's actions violate our basic American rights. Remove these restrictions to uphold freedom of speech and press. Reactivate my account so I can engage with others without hindrance.

My account has been compromised through an old email address, leading to unauthorized access and transactions on my PayPal account. Additionally, my children's music page has been hijacked to promote blenders. The automated Facebook recovery processes only send information to the inactive email address that the hackers used, which was associated with my account in the past. It seems the hackers reactivated it. I believe a manual review by Facebook would reveal the unusual recent activities, mismatched content on my music page, and the unauthorized advertising expenses totaling $[redacted]. I am keen to regain control of my account.

Last night, I was assisting a friend with Facebook Messenger Payments. I helped her set up her account and sent me $5, then guided her on how to accept it on my end, and had her send $5 back (she's not very familiar with computers). I successfully received the $5 from her, but when returning it, it showed as pending. This morning, my account was disabled. I tried to report the issue, but the form only allows me to select 'No Advertising Account,' with no option for a disabled account. Whenever I complete the form, it prompts me to select a disabled account, which I can't do as it's not listed. I'm unable to contact Facebook about this issue and need assistance as I believe this is a mistake.
