Dear Etsy Team, I recently made a purchase on Etsy and used Paypal as my payment method, which I found very convenient. However, I was surprised when I received an SMS stating that I needed to pay additional custom charges using a credit card only, despite the seller mentioning potential custom charges on their page. It was frustrating and confusing to realize I had been misled. I kindly request that Etsy provides clearer information about custom charges to customers. For example, specify the payment methods accepted for customs fees and provide an estimated cost range. This transparency would greatly assist buyers in understanding what to expect. Hello, I need assistance with my banned Etsy account registered under the username "emirkrall873". The account got banned six days ago, and I am reaching out for help as I believe it was suspended without a valid reason. I manage my Etsy shop independently and usually access it from Tokat, Turkey. Additionally, I have other email addresses such as [redacted] and [redacted] I recently had a delayed payment for an invoice, which might have caused the issue. 1. I haven't received an email regarding my order today. 2. The order is supposed to be shipped to Julie Frilling in Ohio, not Pennsylvania. 3. I contacted customer service at [redacted] earlier, and I suspect I was hacked. The person on the line redirected me multiple times for over 40 minutes. When I expressed concern about the time taken to resolve my issue, I mentioned it felt like a hacking attempt. They seemed to have accessed my bank and PayPal accounts.

I did not receive one of the packages I ordered. I purchased three different packages, but I received coasters instead of the center piece listed in the email. The confirmation number for the center piece is [redacted]. I made the purchase as a guest and now I cannot look it up. I am using the same email address that I used for the purchases. Could you please send me copies of all three receipts? I forgot to save them, except for this one. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a stainless steel hose splitter and unfortunately, it didn't come with any instructions. I wanted to reach out to the seller for assistance, but I couldn't find the order details on Etsy without logging in. When I tried to reset my password, I was told to wait for an email link, but it's been over an hour, and I still haven't received it. I made the purchase as a guest, but Etsy seems to think I have an account. However, I'm stuck because I can't access the order information without logging in, and the reset link hasn't arrived.

I purchased two different products from Cole Create Studios to be sent to two separate addresses. Unfortunately, the seller mistakenly sent the same picture to both addresses. I am anxious to cancel the dispatched order to prevent it from reaching the wrong address, and the seller has been unresponsive to my messages. I urgently need Etsy’s assistance to halt the order from reaching its destination. The picture in question contains photos of me and my boyfriend, and if my parents see it, it could greatly impact my life. I kindly request Etsy to contacting Cole Create Studios promptly to ensure the cancellation of the order since the seller is not responding to my inquiries.

I purchased Purple Christmas Black Santa Believe T-shirts on Etsy. I received a package from Almond Butter with three out of the four shirts. Unfortunately, the 2XL shirt was missing from the delivery. There was no email confirmation regarding my order, and the missing shirt was not included in the package. I've requested a replacement. I am currently immobile and unable to visit UPS or other offices. Living alone, I require assistance from the seller to either replace the watch, provide a refund, or arrange for a service to pick up the watch at my home for return. The back of the watch came off within 5 minutes of wearing it on my wrist as I walked to my bathroom 20 feet away. Please assist me.

Order number [redacted]: I recently ordered two sinks from Etsy, but I only received one. I am quite disappointed that the two items did not arrive together. I need the second sink promptly, as contractors are scheduled to install them in my home. The items were shipped from Laredo, TX, to New Braunfels, TX, and it took 16 days for delivery. This delay is frustrating enough, but receiving only half of my order has left me extremely upset. I am hesitant about ordering from Etsy in the future due to this experience. I recently updated my bank account information on my seller account. The page mentioned that my latest sale deposit would be processed on Monday, but it prompted me to update my card again. It has been a year since my shop was closed after 9 years of selling. I reached out to Etsy's security team multiple times as I was only informed that it was a security matter. I am uncertain if this implies a lack of concern for sellers or a strategy to reduce the number of shops without clear criteria. I prefer a phone call over email communication. My bank did not report any problems with my cards, although they did issue new cards for all my accounts. Despite updating my card information multiple times, the issue persists.

I am inquiring about returning an international order (#[redacted]) I received on 9/16/23 from Etsy. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the seller, we have agreed that the product should be returned for a refund. However, the international shipping costs are prohibitively high. After contacting Etsy for assistance with the return, I was redirected to the PayPal Resolution Center since the payment was made through PayPal. I believe Etsy should handle the return process given that the purchase was made on their platform. I am disappointed by the lack of support and the extra expense incurred due to the product not meeting expectations.

I purchased items from Etsy, but I forgot to note the seller's information. I have not yet received my order after making the payment. I am located in Tenerife. I am unsure if the seller is shipping privately or through the local post office. Recently, I received messages from a delivery company requesting €2 for warehouse delivery. I purchased seeds for a funeral, but unexpectedly received emails from two individuals. I was asked to pay for air shipping twice. Today, I was informed the seeds were delivered to New Jersey, while I reside in Pennsylvania. I, Mark Alexander, reached out to the seller concerning the item I received. I informed them that besides the wrong size, the color was incorrect as well. The orangish red hue appeared somewhat dirty. The seller assured me they would address the issue by arranging for a pick-up of the jacket the next day at 10:30 a.m. from the specified address upon my return. Unfortunately, the pick-up did not occur as planned, leaving me with the same leather jacket still neatly packaged for return.

I received the "Old School Repair" Patch from Finally Home Patches three weeks after ordering. Unfortunately, the patch I received depicts a woman riding a spark plug with a missing left eye, which is very noticeable. I would like a replacement patch and I am willing to pay extra for expedited shipping, even if it requires overnight delivery. The return address for the patch is in Germany, and I cannot wait that long as I need to show it to our investors who have been eagerly waiting. The seller is Alex Hein. Hello, I have been an Etsy seller since around [redacted] or [redacted]. After a hiatus, I decided to give it another shot but encountered a few challenges. Firstly, Etsy mentioned withholding 30% of my sales, which I find concerning. Secondly, linking my Square account resulted in unexpected transaction fees for an offsite purchase, unrelated to my Etsy sales. I have multiple businesses and utilize Square for all, so this issue was unexpected. Thirdly, I received a notification that my shop couldn't accept orders without any explanation, which puzzled me. Additionally, I was asked to verify my email, which I attempted but received an error message. This made me wary of potential spam. I feel a lack of support and warmth from Etsy compared to previous experiences. Despite being a loyal customer and seller on Etsy, the recent changes and lack of transparency are off-putting. I have noticed recurring charges on my credit card because of frequent purchases from your company. However, I believe there is an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my recent statement. This charge is unfamiliar, not listed with my other purchases, and I did not place this order. I request a refund for this charge as soon as possible.
