Hi, I called up a few months ago to cancel my phone contract, whilst on the phone the man asked me if he wanted to put in an automatic cancellation in January for my IPad so I didn’t have to phone up and I agreed. I just recently checked my ClearScore and it is saying I’m overdue on my bill, having looked on the site it still says I owe £*** for my iPad which should have been cancelled in January. I refuse to pay for this as I got it cancelled and I wasn’t informed that it hadn’t gone through. This is not my fault and I don’t see why I am now having to pay when the man on the phone said it would be automatically cancelled. Besides I don’t have any money in my account as I have lost my job due to the Coronavirus so I won’t be able to pay you back anyway
