Hi! I have received a letter from Debt Collectors saying that I need to contact you to let you know that I have started to pay my outstanding bills. During the past two months I have been back home, not UK, and haven’t received any emails with regards to my bills. Moreover, I was still a student and I had been struggling with paying my bills these few months, as I am not yet employed. I’ve also had a gas leak in August and during that time my landlady tried to sort it out, so couldn’t give the meter readings on time.I am really sorry about this. Just wanted to confirm that I have started to pay the bills now.
