Good morning, My spouse and I frequently order from Domino's due to the delicious pizza and reasonable prices. Last Friday, we placed an order through the app at the Camp Pendleton CA location. Upon arrival, although the app said our pizza was ready for pickup, we experienced a delay. We noticed a tossed pizza box that might have been meant for us awaiting preparation. After a considerable wait, my husband approached the counter, but our pizza was still not ready. The manager didn’t handle the situation well and only decided to make us a fresh pizza without any real apology or compensation for the inconvenience. As someone who values customer service, I found the manager's approach to be disappointing. A gesture such as offering a coupon or a complimentary pizza would have been appropriate.

Order number [redacted], dated 6/9/[redacted]. I had an unpleasant experience at the Domino's branch in KPHB, Hyderabad. The staff were very rude, asking customers to cancel orders due to payment gateway issues and insisting on cash from the ATM in a disrespectful manner. It's vital for the company to not only focus on sales but also train their staff on customer service. I won't recommend this restaurant to my family and friends to avoid them encountering a similar experience. I used to choose Domino's for corporate lunches, but after this incident, it will be my last choice. Thank you, Ravi K.

Approximately 1 to 1.5 years ago, I placed an order for 5 pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and sauce for my co-workers from the Milpas Street, Santa Barbara, California store. Unfortunately, what I received were pizzas with regular cheese and no sauce. Despite contacting the store multiple times, the Manager/owner failed to address the issue or return my calls. Even after escalating the complaint through customer service, no resolution has been provided to date. I feel embarrassed as the incorrect pizzas have become a running joke at my expense. The lack of accountability and care from the franchisee has left me disappointed and frustrated. I am reaching out after seeing a commercial praising Domino's customer service, which contradicts my experience. I have lost trust in Domino's and will not be ordering from them again. The advertisement promoting exceptional service does not align with the reality of how customers are treated when issues arise.

I ordered a simple cheese pizza from Shortland Street. When they called out my name, I went to collect it, and the server handed me a box for Jo. I walked back to my hotel for 15 minutes only to discover it wasn't my pizza. When I called the store, they blamed me for taking the wrong order, saying I should have checked before leaving. This was frustrating as I specifically asked if it was for Jo, and the server confirmed. They wanted me to return and exchange it, but I felt that wasn't fair as it wasn't my mistake. Now I'm hungry, upset, and frankly disappointed with the whole situation.

I recently ordered multiple items including a large thin-crust pizza with different toppings on each half. Unfortunately, my pizza was missing extra pineapples on one half. Given the cost of the pizza, I wanted it to be corrected. After calling the Delhi, Ohio store, the manager initially offered a 2-liter drink as compensation, then upgraded it to include cinnamon twists and later bread bites, and ultimately settled on 8 wings and bread bites in exchange for the pizza. I was surprised by the back-and-forth and the lack of a straightforward solution like a remake and redelivery. Despite my reluctance to complain, I simply wanted my correct order fulfilled. The manager's handling of the situation left me feeling unsatisfied, especially since it was only 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Thank you for listening.

I am sharing my experience at the store located on [redacted] Charter Way in Stockton, California. I ordered two large pizzas with specific toppings, one with pineapple and cheese, the other with salami and black olives. However, when the order arrived, the first pizza had pineapple and ham instead of half pineapple and half cheese, and the second pizza had pepperoni and was overcooked. I paid $28.05 plus a $3 tip to the delivery driver, waited 50 minutes with 5 disappointed kids under 9 years old. Upon contacting the store, I received rude treatment from the manager, Crystal, who offered a refund for the incorrect order. I returned the pizzas as requested, but the whole experience was disappointing, especially considering this was not the first time I had encountered issues with this store. The manager's attitude both on the phone and in-person was unprofessional and unpleasant, making me regret my patronage.

I recently redeemed my points for a free pizza on 09/07/[redacted], order # [redacted] placed at 7:17 CST. The pizza I received with Chicken & bacon had burnt bacon on it. I consumed 2 pieces as I was hungry, but it did not sit well with me. Due to lacking a vehicle and concerns about receiving another poorly made pizza, I didn't return it to the store. I am requesting a credit refund of $9.85 to be issued back to my debit card. The situation has upset my stomach since consuming it. Should you wish to collect the pizza, please arrange for it. I am located in an area where six communities claim it falls under another's jurisdiction, resulting in none offering delivery services to my address due to the extra half-mile distance. My residence is 20 Sunset Ave, Glen Carbon, ILL, [redacted]. By verifying it on Google Earth, one can see the situation clearly. Unfortunately, this situation not only causes a loss of potential business for the delivery services but also inconveniences us, leading us to order from your competitors. Dear Sir or Madam, I recently contacted the Domino's Pacific Palisades location on Saturday to inquire about their specials. Despite being offered two options - 2 large pizzas with one topping for $11+ or 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $17+ - I ordered 2 large pizzas and was charged $30.60. Unfortunately, the pizzas had minimal toppings, causing embarrassment in front of my guests. The next day, I discovered Domino's also has a special for medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $5.99. When I called on Sunday, both Bertha and the manager, Danny, confirmed they were only instructed to promote the two more expensive specials, and insisted I take up the issue with corporate. Feeling misled and taken advantage of, I believe this lack of transparency is unethical. If Domino's promotes a deal, it should be communicated to customers. Despite the vast choices available to consumers, I am disappointed that Domino's, with all its advertising, failed to prioritize customer satisfaction. I encountered a situation at [redacted] Flagler Plaza Drive with the manager, Mike, who gave my wife a hard time about having a $[redacted] bill. You can reach my wife at [redacted]. She spent $30 last time and $50 before that. I explained to him that we had paid for the pizzas before, but he still took back the pizza from my 8-year-old child. I have a disabled mother in Foley, Alabama, who enjoys Dominos pizza. Although I stopped ordering from Dominos due to a decline in quality, I recently ordered for her and faced several issues. The delivery was late, and the pizzas were completely ruined. The driver offered a credit for the order, but when I ordered the next day, they only agreed to refund half due to my mother consuming some. When I raised my concerns to the owner, I received verbal abuse. Despite attempting to resolve the matter with the owner multiple times, they remained unprofessional. I have ceased complaining, but I believe Dominos should reconsider who represents them in Foley. Although corporate reached out several times to retain my business, I have decided to discontinue ordering from Dominos. Seeing their delivery guarantee commercial now upsets me.

I'm really confused about the insurance situation. In the past, errors in orders have been fixed without any charge. Now, we are being asked to pay a fee for them to rectify their mistakes, which I find unacceptable. How do previous errors factor into this new system? And what about customers who cannot afford insurance? Do their orders hold any significance? When a mistake is made on their order and they do not have insurance, what is the outcome?

I absolutely adore Domino's double breakfast bacon thin crust pizza, but I am facing challenges getting it delivered to my home in SLC. I reside in a 55+ community without transportation options like Ubereats or cabs. Despite having previously received deliveries from over 4 Domino's stores within a mile, none of them are currently willing to deliver. Communication with the stores has been difficult, with unanswered calls and refusal to deliver to my address, even though they have done so in the past. This situation leaves me wondering if Domino's is selectively choosing its customers. Given that Domino's is the only place that offers this delicious pizza, it is disappointing to be denied delivery services when numerous stores are nearby. I hope Domino's can resume delivering to my address so I can enjoy their pizza whenever I crave it.

This past Friday, on 9/6/19 around 6:30pm, I called the restaurant located at [redacted] W Vine St ([redacted]) to order pizza for dinner with my friend and her children. We were put on hold for over 45 minutes before finally speaking to an associate. When I tried to give my friend's delivery information, the associate claimed they don't deliver to our location, despite us ordering from there the week before. After some back and forth, he provided another number to call, but that location confirmed they do deliver to us. Upon calling back and requesting to speak to the manager, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes before Manager Harold finally got on the line. Despite explaining the situation, he displayed a rude attitude, interrupting and being disrespectful throughout the conversation. This behavior was unacceptable and offensive. I would like to speak with someone over the phone to further address this issue.

I encountered an issue with my online order where I couldn't select marinara sauce as an option for my pizza. After informing an employee to include the sauce, my pizzas were delivered without any sauce. I requested a credit due to the inconvenience, but Adrianna declined.
