I did not receive the last shipment that I was charged for. I would like a refund, and also to cancel my account. The website keeps bumping me around, I cannot find my membership setting to cancel, and when I search it on the website, it opens up a webpage that just keeps reloading on loop, and I cannot proceed. I have tried to solve this from my laptop and cell phone- both devices have the same issue which clearly shows it's an issue with their actual site.
