I cancelled my account after my initial box arrived, in October ****. Despite that I was charged in November **** and in March ****. I hadn't received any further products until the march box, so I thought I had successfully canceled. I've been charged for items I don't want and won't use. I'm happy to send the march box back, but I didn't receive the November box (and therefore can't send it back). I'd like a refund. I won't be using the products because I did not like them and switched to epillating.
GetHuman4818436 did not yet indicate what Dollar Shave Club should do to make this right.
