I called Direct TV’s loyalty division on ******** to complain about my monthly cost increasing by $**. I spoke with Basil - reviewed our package and specific channels. Basil reviewed the information and quoted a cost of $***mo. A few days ago, we lost our sports channels. I called the loyalty division (Albert) who said Basil misspoke about the Golf channel. He added the sports package back for the $** monthly agreed upon charge, but said he couldn’t add the Golf channel agreed to previously by Basil. I spent * hours on the phone with Direct on this issue. **We have compared packages and cost with Dish and will be moving our business from Direct after *** years. We will have a local Dish contact, more channels, stronger technology and lower cost. **A happy customer will tell one other person, an unhappy customer will tell twenty. I guess AT&T doesn’t understand that...
