We were told we had to get an upgraded system. So we complied. The changes are despicable!!!! The new remote doesn’t have the capabilities the old one had. The on-screen guide is a joke!!!! I am having such a frustrating time trying to read it I am ready to SCREAM. This has turned out to be a DOWNGRADE. Prices keep going up but quality of service has SUNKEN. I pay for Directv and feel I should be in control of my service and not be told I HAVE TO do anything if it is going to lessen my viewing experience. *Gayle and Kevin Mann
