Our Genie Mini is not connecting and says the server cannot be detected. We have tried checking the connections, resetting the mini, resetting both the mini and DVR, as well as ran a system test and the problem is not fixed.
GetHuman2186125 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
