As a valued customer of over ** years, I called the loyalty discount service yesterday. They only wanted to give me a $*.** discount. I told him that they would have to do better than that or I would look into switching cable networks. He then told me that’s all he could do. I then asked for his manager, he proceeded that no one else could talk to me at that time that he could put a note in the computer that someone could call me back. I never received a phone but when arrive back home our service was disconnected. I am very upset that this is the customer service that we get. I then call back today and know I’m being charged $**.** for a reconnect fee plus I have to wait for someone to come and reconnect it. Why can’t direct tv just reconnect it without someone coming to my home and me being charged. I find this to be HORRIBLE customer service.
