On ******* I cancelled Directv. It took over ** days to receive boxes to return equipment. Letter was sent to me stating equipment must be returned in ** days or pay a penalty. I returned equipment on ******* as I was out of town and could not arrange any sooner. Now you have charged me penalty fee of $***.**. Does not seem appropriate as you took ** of my ** days to get the box to me in the first place. How can this be remedied? Also, where is my credit for the time you bill in advance and I do not actually receive because service was cancelled...from **** to *******?

Not sure what happened. Today i got a call from DirectTV asking if I had returned the equipment. I went thru my whole story and the lady said fine. We will mark your account as the items have been returned. Not usre if they will continue to hassel me but I am not planning on paying for the items.
