Our family had reservations on Delta Flight [redacted] from JFK to Prague on July 6th, Saturday. Despite multiple delays, we received little information. The flight is now showing as canceled online, with instructions to be at the gate at 6 PM on July 7th. We were not provided accommodation or food during this time. With limited English skills, a kind gentleman helped us obtain a breakfast voucher. The airline staff offered minimal assistance and no guidance on compensation for the nearly 24-hour delay on the international flight. As a result, my son will miss a crucial university interview. We seek compensation for the lost time and inconvenience, in addition to assistance in explaining the situation to the university. We also request confirmation of the rescheduled flight details. Due to our situation at the airport, a family member in NY is writing on our behalf using the name CUHANIC for the reservation that includes four of us. On July 10, [redacted], I traveled from TPA to BDL with a layover in ATL under my husband's Sky Miles account. Upon arriving at the hotel, I found my ResMed CPAP machine damaged and unable to turn on. I informed my doctor immediately. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person at any of the ten Delta phone numbers I have tried. Despite leaving my number for a callback, I have not received any response after a week. Following my doctor's advice, I contacted my local DME supplier who directed me to seek reimbursement from Delta since the damage occurred during my journey. This process has been frustrating and time-consuming. Today, I have been on hold with Delta customer service since 9 am, and as of now (12:37 pm), I have not been able to speak to a representative. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss reimbursement for the repair of my CPAP machine with Delta.

Consequently, we missed our connecting flight to the Celebrity Equinox cruise. Could you please assist me by sending the form to [redacted] using Adobe Acrobat? While traveling through Atlanta on my way to Madison, I encountered significant difficulties with rebooking my flight. The customer service desks had extremely long queues of over 4 hours, and the estimated wait time on the phone was an astonishing 40 hours. Despite trying for over 4 hours, I was unable to reach a customer service representative. This led to me missing my grandfather's funeral, upsetting my plans. Facing the prospect of arriving in Madison just 12 hours before my return flight, which was impractical given the circumstances, I opted to return home on a later flight. The entire experience was frustrating, and the lack of assistance was disheartening.

After volunteering to check my carry-on at the airport agent's request, my bag went missing. It wasn't loaded onto the plane in Detroit and didn't arrive in Palm Beach, Florida. When I went to the lost baggage claim area for help, I had to wait for 40 minutes in an empty office until Samantha finally came to assist me. Despite being assured my bag would arrive at 5:30pm, I called customer service at 8:00pm and after being on hold for over an hour, no one answered. The lack of communication and customer service throughout this ordeal has been extremely disappointing. I've spent our first vacation day trying to locate my missing bag, with no success. I urge the company to improve its customer service and communication for future incidents.

Yesterday, on Monday, July 22, I traveled from O'Hare airport in Chicago, with a connection in Detroit, MI, to Orlando, FL, which is an hour and a half away from my home. Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with me. I promptly filed a delayed baggage claim with the Delta Baggage office, and they informed me that my suitcase remained in Detroit. They assured me it would be delivered today. Surprisingly, I received notifications from Disney's All Star Sports Resort stating that my luggage was at their front desk, a place I have never been. Despite my efforts to reach Delta multiple times today, I have been unsuccessful in speaking with them, waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes each time. I urgently need my luggage as it contains important items. Furthermore, I am unsure how to proceed with getting a refund for the checked bag fee. My File Reference # is MCODL64353. Booking No. HQJTJ3 My three children traveled from SFO to Vancouver on July 23. The flight from SFO was delayed, causing them to miss their connecting flight from Seattle to Vancouver. Despite landing in Seattle at 11:15 PM, they were informed that they had missed their connection. The airport staff provided them with a hotel voucher for Country Inn, but upon reaching the hotel, they were told it was fully booked. Returning to the airport for assistance, they found all counters closed. It is currently 3:12 AM, and after contacting customer service multiple times with Colleen, Eric, Jake, and, most recently, Jemmy from Florida, there has been no resolution. The situation is stressful, and my children are currently outside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

I am sharing my frustrating experience with a flight delay on Monday, 7/30/19 on flight #DL1766 due to mechanical issues that caused a delay in both SLC and arriving late in DFW. Missing the final leg of my journey led to being stranded overnight. When I contacted customer support, I was advised to call back once I returned home for assistance. As it was after midnight, and no flights were available until the next day, I had to cover the costs for my hotel, meals, and the next flight segment myself. This experience was unpleasant, especially the lack of empathy and assistance from the representative on the phone at such a late hour. Despite being a frequent flyer who often recommends Delta, this incident has left me disappointed in the customer service provided. I am hoping Delta will address my expenses and make this situation right.

I have a concern regarding my upcoming flight from Delhi to Austin booked through Makemytrip. My booking reference is VFYDVI. The journey involves two layovers, one in Rome and the other in Atlanta. I am an Indian passport holder and need to collect my luggage and go through immigration during the 1 hour and 36 minute layover in Atlanta. I had an issue with not being allowed to board a flight because I only had an old Philippine passport. I believed that was sufficient for my travel needs. However, according to the Embassy of the Philippines, former citizens entering the country under the "Balikbayan Privilege Program" must provide original proof of former Philippine citizenship, such as an old Philippine passport, a birth certificate, or foreign naturalization papers indicating Philippine nationality. These guidelines are in line with Timatic guidelines from IATA and ICAO standards for all airlines. Yesterday afternoon at the Atlanta airport, my daughter accidentally left her backpack near the bag check area during our flight with Delta. Our flight, AM5338 from Guadalajara to San Francisco with a layover in Atlanta, led to flight DL3031 to San Francisco. The backpack is sky blue with unicorn drawings and contains important prescription medication and personal items. Your prompt attention and response are greatly appreciated.

I recently flew back to Atlanta, GA (ATL) from Kabul, Afghanistan, via Dubai on a flight, arriving on 31st of July in Atlanta, GA (ATL). My luggage, tagged AF929002 and checked through to my final destination, seems to have been misplaced, possibly in Dubai. I reported the issue at the lost luggage counter in Atlanta, GA and was promised contact within 24 hours, but after 10 days, there have been no updates despite multiple conversations with Delta representatives. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and am hoping for a resolution soon. If my bag is not found and reported missing permanently, I believe I should be compensated. My flight from Washington to New York on August 11 was canceled due to a storm, and I needed to stay in a hotel overnight.
