Poor Customer Service: Called dish today to talk with customer service regarding our dish service. Our contract is up *********. I wanted to clarify our new monthly rate and the first person I spoke with was not friendly and seemed impatient. She quoted me a rate of $***.***month for what we have, which we have only been paying $**.***month. Boy what a surprise that was. Then I asked if there was a better rate. She said she would have to transfer me to someone else. When I spoke to that lady, she said that rate given was incorrect and it would go up to $****month!! I find this totally unacceptable. I asked if that was the final monthly cost and she said she could not do anything for us. I understand customers are dropping Dish due to streaming services and other options available. I just assumed since we have been customers for *** years we would be considered a valued customer. I am really unsure at this point if we will keep Dish.
