I recently took over my husbands account---a new account but useing the same account number--my account has been set up--havent received my first bill yet.I called when my husband passed away--so he doesnt owe a bill but I keep getting emails saying I owe a big bill--which I dont,My bill will be ** dollars a month--which I havent received yet.I have talked to customer service concerning this matter several times,hasnt been resolved yet,The phone number for the account is ***-***-****--or maybe my phone number--***-***-****-- Account Number*ending in ****--I would like to have this resolved.Like I said--I dont owe a bill yet--and have talked numerous times to customer support*Thanks*Rita Harris***ps--*Paul doesnt owe a bill either-- I called when he passed away--changed account to mine--just had to leave it as same account number to get the discounts--I couldnt afford the payment he had--hope this is understandable--when I call they say it's ok but I hate to keep getting threatning cut off notices and saying I owe this big bill--can you fix this please*Thanks
