My package has remained in Canada all week without being delivered to Charlottetown, PEI. The local partner, Loomis Express, has not done a satisfactory job. Despite paying duties online, providing a signature release, and asking for the parcel to be left at my back door, I received a receipt claiming a missed delivery. Now I am required to travel 40 minutes to their office to collect it. I have informed the sender of this issue and provided the waybill number [redacted] under the name Gulruh Usanova. This experience reflects poorly on the company's reputation as a transportation leader. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the attempt to evade responsibility. I intend to seek legal advice and involve DHL headquarters in Germany to address this situation.

The delivery driver brought a package to our reception for an upcoming installation that we needed urgently. Unaware it was cash on delivery, I promptly requested funds from accounting. Within a minute, the driver rudely insisted on immediate payment or threatened to leave with the items, causing embarrassment in front of my colleagues. Despite quickly getting the cash, the driver's tantrum continued, claiming I should have been prepared. This behavior was shocking considering our daily commercial deliveries. We couldn't anticipate every COD arrival time, yet we could promptly provide payment. Never before had we encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful conduct from a delivery person.

I recently had a package sent from Dubai to Toronto containing important high school documents from my sister. The shipment was meant to arrive on Wednesday, but it is currently on hold at Ontario Services in Canada. The latest tracking information shows a customs update in the US at the Cincinnati hub. Upon reviewing the delivery, I observed discrepancies in the way the package was handled by the delivery personnel. As a result, I have lost trust in the delivery service. I am tracking my package with my local number LX[redacted]84US and customer confirmation number GM[redacted][redacted]9. I made a purchase from Overtone in the USA, and they shipped it on January 15th. They mentioned it may take up to 15 business days to reach Toronto. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on January 21st, but I haven't received it or any delivery notice. Can you check if it's at a DHL location or assist me with this issue? Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with the delivery of my package with tracking number [redacted]. Despite being home on Monday, February 18th, I missed the delivery attempt and was then informed that I had duties to pay. When I scheduled the delivery for Tuesday, February 19th at 5:30, the delivery person arrived earlier while I was at work. Hello, I'm Omonike Ayodele. I applied for my Nigerian School to send my transcript to a University in Toronto, Canada on December 12, [redacted]. The DHL tracker stated that the document arrived in Ontario, Canada, and DDlux signed for it. I expected DHL to deliver it to York University, but as of March 20, [redacted], I haven't received any updates. The university confirmed they haven't received it. My boyfriend purchased an IPL laser device from Kenzzi for me. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, so we visited his house to check, but there was no package. Kenzzi sent me a photo indicating it was left outside the door, which is very careless, especially for an item over one hundred dollars, or any package for that matter. The shipment location is a risky neighborhood, so I would have preferred the package to require a signature upon delivery due to its value, or be held at the nearest pickup location.

I have a query regarding an incoming package from Mexico. My brother has already paid $70, covering shipping, handling, and taxes for the delivery to my address. However, I have now received a message from DHL Canada requesting an additional charge of $[redacted] for taxes and delivery. This double charge is unusual compared to other countries in America like the US or Mexico. Due to this unexpected fee, my brother intends to request the package to be returned from Mexico to avoid the high Canadian charges. Please refrain from delivering the package to my address. Several vehicles sustained damage from a delivery truck on the morning of Monday, December 2. The driver drove away from the scene. A DHL delivery was made to a residence at 25 Haddon Street in Toronto, across from the affected cars at 18, 24, and 26 Haddon. The paint left on the vehicles matches the yellow hue of DHL delivery vans. It is requested that DHL look into this matter as they can identify the specific van that made the delivery. I have had a terrible experience with DHL, the courier service. I signed up for email notifications for my package, but I never received any. When I checked the tracking link, it claimed a card was left at my location, but that wasn't true. Now the link says the package is at a pickup point, but it doesn't specify where. Regarding a missing package, I reached out to your helpline, but unfortunately, I was transferred to a non-existent number, causing me great frustration. There was an alleged delivery attempt on Jan 27th, which I have no evidence of. Additionally, tracking the package has been impossible. This delivery is crucial for a client of mine, and the inability to locate it reflects poorly on our retail company. I need help finding my shipment containing crucial and sensitive personal documents. Despite efforts to contact DHL, they left the package at a busy location without acquiring the required signature. DHL claims COVID-19 prevents them from collecting signatures, a service I was initially told was available when I sent the package. I questioned why they didn't redirect the package to a secure pickup location, but they suggested an option that didn't exist on their website. The unclear email I received on September 14th from Ayesha Khalid at DHL did not provide useful information about the shipment's location or status. I have been waiting for 8 days with no resolution in sight. I am disappointed in the level of service from DHL, and I urgently need my package with essential documents for my immigration process.

My tracking number is [redacted]. It is medicine for my diabetes sent by my wife in England. I had to phone DHL to find out you need a work permit and a power of attorney. I did both but got automated replies. I sent an email last night on the 14th to BNG and brokerage but received no reply. I tried to phone today, waited 39 minutes, and then put the phone down as it was useless. I have not had my medicine since the 9th. No one seems to care. I leave Canada on the 19th. Please resolve this issue.
