Hi, I'm contacting you on behalf of my parents, Jesse and Phyllis Tate, as they don't have email, internet, or a computer.**They've been having reception problems for months with their Cox Cable. I've included their information below if you need it to look up the amount of calls my mother has placed to customer care and the service calls that have been made to their home.**No one seems to be able to fix their problem. Their reception is sporadic on both TVs. They've been told the problem is not the TV, not the cable box, and not any wiring within the home. **The technicians that have visited "guess" that the problem is a "junction box" of sorts across the street and that it is a maintenance problem. Yet no one has attempted to fix it.**Recently my mother's calls have been dismissed, passed over to someone else, and not returned. During one call with a male representative on ******* at *:** p.m. CST she was spoken to very rudely. He did not give her his name, he verified her address as Las Vegas, Nevada (apparently not listening or looking up her account) and he ended the call by hanging up on her.**My parents have been customers for ** years and have always paid their bill on time. They are elderly and my mother is disabled and for the most part homebound. She relies very much on her television. **Even though they have not had full service for an extended period they have continued to pay the full amount of their bill. My parents are on a fixed income.**Please forward my email to the appropriate dept to come out and fix this reception problem.
