several weeks ago we had to have a new xfinity box after connecting box I could not get my netflix movies to work my user name and password is ok but under that its says billed by xfinity that was never there because I am not billed by xfinity I am billed from Netflix do not go through any network. I believe this is the problem I want that off my screen Netflix says this is your problem. I have amazon Prime and do not have any problem watching movies. When I start Netflix its says start membership goes back to something happened start over same thing ever time. I have repeated asked for this to be fixed I get bounced from one to another. Please help
