Hi I had my account hacked into and it was closed. I was told I would be receiving a letter and the remaining balance in my account within ** days. I was just trying to find out how much longer it would be before it is closed. I was also wondering if I could get my money due to me now.

GetHuman-lspigelm did not yet indicate what Citibank should do to make this right.
